Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa

Had a really great day at the Health Spa at the Frimley Hall Hotel - Chelsea was particularly helpful in making my experience a memorable one and I ended up being treated to a lovely Elemis goodie bag full of treats - Great day with gym followed by a swim, sauna and great treatments too!! Then a meal in the hotel bar - fabulous!!

Excellent. Very nice rooms, very clean hotel, nice view, staff friendly and helpful, the dinner was wonderful, we had a very delicious menu, with quality food and very well cooked, a rainbow on the palate❤. Jack was in charge of our meal, and he made us feel amazing. Thanks to the Macdonald Hotel team.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. First class in every way. A warm welcome from Carmen at the reception. Excellent huge suite 302. Extremely clean and well maintained . Lovely large bathroom. Room service exceptional. Food delicious. Pool lovely and clean . The spa was amazing. Extremely professional massage by Monica. She was totally amazing. Could not fault this hotel or its staff. They are all a real credit to the MacDonald group. We only found this hotel by chance. We had previously booked the Lensbury Hotel and Spa but checked in and out within 90 minutes because it was awful. Was going to drive all the way home but pulled in by the side of the road and looked for an alternative. What a significant difference in hotels. I would recommend the Frimley to everyone and the Lensbury to no one. Will definately go back to the Frimley. Totally amazing place. We were wanting to get away because we have both been under so much stress recently. The Lensbury just added stress , the Frimley melted it away. Thank you for being so lovely to us. Can’t wait to return.

Had a lovely relaxing time. Great facilities and very welcoming staff, the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was excellent to with a great selection!

Significant queue at checking in, however the complimentary drink whilst waiting was appreciated. Also a further queue when checking out this morning, which wasn't great

I had a wonderful Spa day with a friend at Macdonald Frimley Hall end May 24....We enjoyed a fab environment, delicious tea and I enjoyed 2 excellent Elemis Spa treatments from the lovely Min! Would thoroughly recommend the day and the treatments.

My family and I all got morning massages here at the spa. I got a lovely massage from Min, who was extremely attentive and kind. She had the perfect amount of pressure and checked in on me throughout the hour. One of the best massages I've had. Highly recommend!
