We stayed one night for our anniversary, with an all inclusive formula, unfortunately the bracelet chip was not coded, consequently the room did not open, unless accompanied by the staff. Bad experience. They weren't able to fix the problem for the whole day and we ended the evening in our room to avoid being taken back late at night.
In the pool areas, on the other hand, very few sunbeds compared to the guests of the structure. Evening show in the theater to say the least unthinkable. For what it costs, the service is zero!

Excellent structure with spacious deluxe room well furnished with a beautiful bathroom. From the restaurant to the bars nothing to say only compliments. Das Hotel ist schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter und Kellner waren sehr freundlich. Der Gast ist ein König / eine Königin. Auch das Essen war lecker. Es war insgesamt schön und erholsam. Negative Kritikpunkte: - Am Abend vor der Abreise wurde ich krank und habe zwei Mal nach stillem Wasser gefragt, welches allerdings nicht angekommen ist, obwohl mir gesagt wurde, dass das Wasser zum Bungalow gebracht wird. Sehr schade. Somit musste ich Leitungswasser (welches ungenießbar nach Chlor schmeckte) trinken. - Die Wände im Bungalow sind ziemlich dünn, sodass man die Gäste nebenan teilweise reden hört. - geringe Anzahl der Fernsehsender. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden und ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt.

We were a big family group and we were very pleased with how the staff was able to accommodate us in various meals. I would like to give a special shout out to Gabriele Duca, Giovanni Allegra, and Fabrizio Vinci who made our birthday dinner night incredible by providing food recommendations as well as managing a big family group!

Dreadful food poisoning.Firstly my husband and then myself got this .,both after setting in the Buffet Restaurant. Unfortunately we had to travel home whist still suffering and are still both suffering long term from this despite being treated by our family Doctor. We are disgusted that a 5 star Hotel should lead to this as this is why we chose to stay in it. Also I was disgusted by the constant small flies on the salads and other fresh food and the wasps on the desserts.All these things make for inauthentic practices.
