Exagon Park

We stayed here on a bed and breakfast basis, for 5 days at the end of May into the beginning of June 2024. As a family of 2 parents and 2 children (teens) we had 2 rooms beside one another. The rooms were cleaned and serviced every day and they were decent with a nice outlook from the terrace. Food was provided when we arrived late the first day (after 10pm). Each morning we had a buffet style breakfast that had loads of choice from fried foods, fish, breads, sweet pastries, cereals, fruit and numerous different drinks. It was a very busy dining room at times that we were there, but never did we feel rushed. There were a number of options for food and drinks in the bars and the bar food was good, enjoyable. There was evening entertainment available along with a swimming pool, sauna, massage, basketball, table tennis, pool etc. There was also an entertainment crew to keep younger guests happy. The reception staff were very helpful, and language was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel for the service, value and it's location on the edge of Can Picafort within an easy stroll along the promenade to the hustle and bustle of the centre of things.

I was only there for 3 nights but had a great time. The location was beautiful and quiet and close to the beach and surround by trees. The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly and quickly checked me in and explained all about the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and very quick at clearing tables and always a friendly greeting. The same goes for the bar staff who were lovely and always quick to serve. The food was amazing. Lots of choice and great quality. Fresh meats grilled for lunch and dinner and always a pasta option and of course chips. The rooms had an old charm which I loved. Comfortable and functional. Yes there is only one plug socket so bring an extension lead. Pool area huge so never a shortage of sunbeds and loved the indoor pool too. Thanks for a great stay really got looked after.

Great setting for a quite break. Lots of space to relax in and outdoors. Very clean and staff are very helpful. The selection of food on offer is extensive, plenty of variety, plus there is fresh daily fish and meats cooked on display. Desserts are typical of all inclusive fayre, bit lacking in variety but always plenty of it including fresh fruits and ice-cream. The daily Roast joints were disappointing, as they were all over cooked and no sauce or gravy offered (very dry eating). On arrival we were told that all our Food and Drinks were included in our package by the lady on reception. Half way through our week we were told that many Drinks had a supplement charge on the menu which was a bit of a surprise. We asked at reception about this and was told that the wine waiter should have told us. A simple explanation on arrival would have avoided this embarrassment (hope the Manager takes note of this). Overall I would recommend a holiday here if you enjoy a relaxing break, we will return.

We arrived after a long journey for a five night break , we did not find the receptionist very friendly at all especially being front of houses no warm welcome she was very stressed looking and wasn’t interested at all I wasn’t impressed , got our room key and given our room , ground floor and right bedside the lifts. Looking for a quiet holiday we knew that our room was definitely not going to be soundproof with the amount of people using the hotel lift so we asked for a move . The room given was dated and definitely not like it was pictured in the photos ! Opened the door. , view was awful looking onto tennis court and a green roof of what I presumed was the kitchen as the cooking smells wafted through the doors right away . They changed our room no problem to a garden area nice water fountains , the room was musty and dated but it was clean so we didn’t make a fuss . Lots of flies in the room at times. Maybe due to the water in the fountains . The hotel could really to with a refurbishment , corridors are definitely needing it . bar Area and lounge are beautiful so the bedrooms really let it down Pool area nice but sunbeds are filthy and scattered all over….. there is plenty of them which was a positive however Pool towels can be changed every 5 days ! that shocked us, we have been in hotels and been changed daily or second days . By the 5 th day it would be really needing washed lucky fur us we were only 5 days . Entertainment was good . Bar staff are lovely and very attentive , working at pool during and at night .nothing was too much bother Maids are lovely. Dining area , bit like a cattle market. lots of flies so be aware of what you put on plate. ! the waiting staff are running about daft at night clearing tables. We sat down at table and she tried to put a white linen cloth over the peach tablecloth that had food and wine stains on it when I asked for new cloths she went crazy ! I said to her I wasnt asking for much. It was like we were just a number there was no personal touch at all .Wasnt relaxing Breakfast staff were so lovely compared to our experience with the other waitress Food was nice and lots of choice , especially at breakfast . Hotel has a great location , the ting ting train right outside is brilliant , we didn’t know but it’s hop on and off . Nice walk beach . Great bars and restaurants Nice beaches The only thing for us that let this hotel down was the dated rooms , hygiene at pool area beds and some of the stressed staff …. We would average this hotel three stars not four , the price of this holiday was more expensive than we paid in the summer for a week . We stayed in a three star in Majorca in July and it was three star , makes a difference if your greeted with a smile !
