Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location too. Only couple of minus points issue with toilet which did not get rectified during our stay. Although there was a Spa area you couldn’t use it as nothing apart from sauna was operating. It is very family orientated

Die Anlage im grossen und ganzen schön gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren Sauber. Die Bettenqualität mangelhaft. Der Safe konnte nicht repariert werden. Das Essen trotz Wärmelampe lauwarm. Dessertbuffet großzügig. Service top!

Hallo , das Familien Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und ist ca. 700m vom Strand entfernt. Die Anlage, ist sehr gepflegt und liegt im Grünen. Ab April ist Saisonstart und es gibt viele Animationen und jeden Tag Kids Club. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und gepflegt, man hat alles was man braucht je nach Zimmerkategorie. Das Essen ist vielfältig, für Groß und Klein immer was dabei und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und mehrsprachig. Also von englisch, deutsch, französisch, holländisch ,portugiesisch und natürlich spanisch kann sich jeder verständigen. Buggy verleih für die Kleinen die noch nicht so lange laufen wollen, sowie Fahrradverleih und Rickscha. Es gibt mehrere Pools die jeden Morgen gereinigt werden, Kinderspaßpool mit Piratenschiff, Pool für 18+ mit xxl Liegen zum Entspannen, ein Pool für alle mit Brücke in der Mitte und Tags über sind Rettungsschwimmer an den Pools, die alles im Blick haben und für Sicherheit sorgen. Die Poolbar ist in der Mitte der Anlage ,wo man gemütlich etwas trinken und essen kann ,mit einem kleinen Spielplatz wo man die Kinder spielen sehen kann. Ach ja ,es gibt noch einen indoor Pool und Fitnessbereich ,sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt im unteren Bereich des Hotels. Nicht unweit vom Hotel ca. 100m kommt die Hauptstraße, wo sich Bushaltestellen befinden, die Busse fahren regelmäßig in alle Richtungen und sind sehr günstig . Perfekt für Familien mit Kinderwagen. Es gibt eine Strandpromenade die bis zum Hafen führt und einen weitläufigen wunderschönen Strand. Viele Bars ,Restaurants, Geschäfte zum shoppen und vieles mehr. Es war einfach super und wir Kommen gerne wieder.

Wij verbleven een week in Zafiro Mallorca met ons gezin (ouders + twee kinderen) en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. We hadden een prima kamer (slaapbank voor de kinderen, een aparte slaapkamer voor ons) die schoon was. Het ontbijt- en dinerbuffet was uitgebreid en lekker. Erg fijn dat het dinerbuffet elke dag andere gerechten heeft. Het buitenzwembad was helaas nog erg koud, maar we hebben ons in het binnenzwembad ook goed vermaakt. Het animatieteam voegde veel toe aan onze vakantie. Het team heeft er plezier in, en ondanks dat het erg rustig was wisten ze de sfeer er in te houden. Onze kinderen waren helemaal weg van Brianna & Rosa (die veel aandacht hadden voor onze kinderen, beiden kwamen de kinderen zelfs nog even uitzwaaien bij vertrek) en Dries (fijn dat er een Nederlands sprekend lid bij zat). Maar ook wij hebben ons vermaakt met de shows en sportlessen (van Roberto, Maria, Lotta en Kristyna). Allemaal sympathieke mensen. Het strand is vlakbij, op een paar honderd meter afstand. Het stadje zelf is niet heel bijzonder, maar wij hebben ons prima vermaakt op het resort zelf. Ook hebben we een dagje een auto gehuurd en Palma bezocht, wat een aanrader is om toch nog wat meer van het eiland te zien.

The best family holiday! This is a wonderful hotel, the rooms are spotless, the food is great, the pools offer so much entertainment for the children! But for us, the people who made our holiday was the people who worked in the kids club/animation team! They made such an effort with our 3 kids, they work incredibly hard yet always have the biggest smile on their faces! Without a doubt they made our holiday and because of them I will most definitely return next year, they are such an asset to Zafiro Mallorca . A special thankyou to Brianna, who even took the time out to play monopoly with us - we will miss you all! Thankyou! My only annoyance was that I wasn’t aware the branded ice creams wasn’t included on the all inclusive, my kids helped themselves which meant an unwanted bill at the end. Other than that we had a great time.

Stanza molto ampia letti comodi pulizia al top. Le piscine dei bambini sono a causa dei getti d'acqua sui gonfiabili un pò rumorose quando si tengono le finestre aperte. Sedie e tavoli non sono muniti di feltrini anti rumore percui ogni spostamento viene sentito in tutto lo stabile. Per il resto tutto ok piccoli dettagli sopportabili e migliorabili.Nel complesso esperienza ottima e che consiglio.
