JS Miramar

We arrived to the hotel day before during our flight change .hotel did not have room for us but they let us sleep in lobby on very comfortable sofas. in the morning around 8 am they said oir room is ready .which was surprised. the only thing it was not the room we booked on the too floor.but premium room in second floor which was first from the sea and we had amazing views!!!! the room was nice.and i really appreciated that they let us check in at 8 am and we could go and eat breakfast and after quick rest we were ready to go to explore the area. All staff are super friendly and happy .Pepe is a king of this castle :) allways happy. singing . smiling all staff made our stay fantastic .food amazing everydays some choices-except red onion which i only can tolerate .wasnt in.but no problem it was plenty other choices which we enjoy every day.Only this slamming doors which guest couldn't closed quietly with respect to other guests-we did try all the time to close it as quiet as possible-but some guest just did care about others.and cleaning service very loudly in the morning -but we alway was already awake so not big deal .but for somebody who want sleep longer earplugs are needed! we had the hair in bathroom when we arrived from somebody else.but i assuming they try to quickly prepare our room so we could go in .so no problem at all .The Hospital beds as somebody wrote in review are the best beds i slept !!!!!!very comfortable and i have great sleep every day!!!!! Thank uou guys to make our stay amazing 😍😍😍😍

Nice service, always friendly. Beach next to it. Nice and calm. Good food with a lot of choice. The bedrooms are nice. The swimming pool is good. The rooms are cleaned every day which is quite luxurious.

First time stopping here - very clean hotel, would stay again 😀

Food - We stayed half board so had buffet breakfast and evening meal. There was a good choice of food so should suit almost everyone. Breakfast was a choice of continental, yoghurt and muesli, fruit, fry up, bread and cheeses and toast. You get free tea, coffee, water and fruit juices with breakfast. Evening meal had different choices each night but also had some usuals; chips, salad, pizza, pasta, rice, paella, soup, bread, ice cream, and a choice of deserts that changed each evening. Drinks are not included in the evening meal but they are reasonable (€3.60 for a pint) Room - clean, good size, tv, mini fridge balcony or terrace with chairs, table and sun loungers.. Cleaners come every day. There are no tea making facilities but you can hire a kettle for the week. Staff - couldn’t wish for a nicer team. They are all lovely, friendly, helpful and speak English , French and German. Hotel - right at the beach so great views. On the first floor there’s a terrace for all guests to use which overlooks the beach and had patio furniture and sun loungers. There’s a pool to the side with a sauna, jacuzzi and sun loungers. You use your room card to access the pool area so it is secure. There’s a huge lounge and bar area with a pool table and board games that you can borrow and a couple of times a week there’s entertainment.

This is the third time of staying at the JS Miramar (second time this year), which says it all. Great position, right on the seafront. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff all fiendly. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for breakfats and evening meal (if I had to be picky, I'd say that the soup could be kept hotter - and I always start with soup). Good rooms with fridge and TV (didn't turn mine on). Will be staying there next year. Highly recommended.

Amazing location and very kind staff at the bar, Mr. P at reception and Mr. P at the restaurant. That’s all for advantages. -the odour from the bathroom is disgusting. No matter what you do, it is from the pipes. There were moments when the whole room smelled with this. - The shower is equipped with the foil which sticks to your body each time. The position of the toilet itself makes it hard to use it. Not comfortable. - Breakfast: instant coffee and watered juices, the proportion is: drop of juice + fill up with water. The sweet pastry was delicious, I suspect they didn’t make it on their own. Everyday same dishes. - Dinner: not enough room for everyone! You end up standing with full plate and no place to sit. Secondly, all the drinks at dinner are fully and extra paid! Leftovers from dinner are served as breakfast. - No kettle at the rooms, or the glasses. Or water bottle. - only the staff at the reception speaks English. This is a huge problem as most of them speak some German while no English. What is more some particular waitress at hotel restaurant with deadly consistency keep talking to you Spanish, no matter your native lg. all the German guest are very kind. They make 95% of all guests. - we booked one double room and got two single beds which wasn’t convenient for us. What is more, those are more of hospital beds than hotel ones… - Pool is in other building… and completely in shadow. There’s sun maybe for 3-4hrs a day. - You may have the impression that everything is prepped for the Germans. All the other guest do no count. Even tv catches German tv.
