I recently stayed at the Sheraton Can Tho and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious retreat with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was simply awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the omelette station. The staff were always attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. The club lounge was a great touch, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. And last but certainly not least, the gym was absolutely amazing. It was well equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and had a great view of the city. I enjoyed working out every morning and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sheraton Can Tho and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The great rooms, awesome breakfast, club lounge, and gym all made my stay a memorable one. Thank you to the staff for making it such a great experience!

The hotel has a very modern design with youthful colors, a comfortable space with games in the lobby, and enthusiastic and attentive staff. Especially the staff here are very welcoming like Trinh, Tuong, Van and are very supportive ^^. I plan to have a business trip to Can Tho and will stay at SOJO hotel!!!

I like this hotel and may stay there again if I am in Can Tho. The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, near the busy area by the river. There are plenty of dining options and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and quite big (seemed wider than a regular King size bed). Breakfast was good.

The rooms are spacious, available TV, mini bar, free Wi-Fi and water bottles are in the rooms, breakfast is rich in both Vienna and local products, The reception is super, cleanness is to give you, nothing to re-remember, good memory

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Very nice hotel close to the beach, with always clean and nice room with seawiev, nice pool in the garden. There is also really good breakfast at hotel restaurant with wide choice of different foods including local fruits, really very kind staff everywhere you come. This is a small family run accommodation, with home cooked meals and a personal touch. The family were friendly, with the 2 younger ladies having good English. The room was lovely, and although we chose an air con room which was described as being first floor and not on the water, this did it an injustice. It was up about 5 steps onto the verandah, and although the verandah wasn't sticking out OVER the water (as some of the rooms were), it was right next to the water and facing it. So we were very pleased. I guess the room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly fine for our needs, with a comfortable bed and good air con. I don't think staff came inside the room at all during our stay, but they did leave fresh towels outside for us each day. We had fun trying out the kayaks one day, for the life of me I don't know how we didn't fall in as it was so wobbly on getting in! We also used the hotel's free bikes, which was great. They gave us a map of where to go, to get to Can Tho itself, and talked us through it to ensure we were clear. I was then able to easily follow the route on Google Maps. We really enjoyed the cycle trip, it was a good chance to venture out on our own, and to explore Can Tho. We were asked each day to confirm what time we wanted to eat, I guess with it being home cooked food it helped them to plan ahead. All food was delicious, you didn't choose from a menu - which I hadn't realised, so was a bit alarmed when food just was brought to the table on our first evening, as I am vegetarian and my husband is not very adventurous with his food! But they had remember I had noted being veggie on my booking and had done me something specially, and we both really enjoyed our food. They had an honesty system for drinks, where you helped yourself, and wrote down on bit of paper what you had consumed. Then at the end they used that to create your bill. The only small thing I'd say is that I hadn't realised from the online photos, that there is actually nowhere near the pool to sit and sunbathe. It wasn't a big deal for us, we still took a couple of dips in the pool, but had we intended to stay more nights we'd have definitely been a bit disappointed there. All in all we loved staying here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Eat a lot for breakfast Since it is not a tourist destination like Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Koreans have dinner and breakfast, so those who are not good at coriander may have a hard time.

This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.
