"I had a good stay at V Luna Hotel in Can Tho. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. The only downside is that the entire exterior wall is made of floor-to-ceiling glass, and the sun heats up the room extremely bad. Without the air conditioning running non-stop, the temperature becomes almost unbearable. If you’re sensitive to heat, keep this in mind. Other than that, everything was fine."

"I recently stayed at this excellent new hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the design and overall ambiance. The property is beautifully decorated, very tastefully done, and neatly maintained. From the well-lit areas to the artwork on the walls, every detail feels premium and superior, exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star property. The staff are brilliant—always super helpful and welcoming. The location is superb; it’s bustling with energy, just a few minutes’ walk from the river and the city centre. Being attached to a mall with all the necessities is a huge bonus. I also loved the great rooftop pool and the small but adequate gym. The rooftop itself is superb for watching the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast offered great choices and the coffee was excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would make this hotel truly perfect: · Water Policy: In a tropical climate, charging for water after just two complimentary bottles a day feels off. It’s not about the cost, but the principle. I’d suggest adding a small amount to the room rate to allow for unlimited water. · Soundproofing: It can get a bit noisy from the corridor or rooms above, especially if kids are active. Thicker carpeting might help resolve this. · Lift System: The two lifts operate independently. You have to press the button for both, and often both arrive when you only need one, leading to longer wait times on higher floors. · Rooftop AC: The rooftop public lounge area is a great spot to work or relax, but the aircon wasn't on. I appreciate saving energy, but it would be perfect if guests could request it be turned on while using the space. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a great vibe. I would definitely return and hope they tweak these small details."

"We had an unforgettable experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. The staff was extremely efficient and charismatic. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Mekong Delta. We were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, especially Kieu and Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Vy, who promptly attended to all our requests and requests! We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude! "The hotel is situated in a slightly quieter area, which was exactly what we were looking for. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel, offering great flexibility. However, it's advisable to have some prior experience with scooters and navigating traffic, as the roads can be quite chaotic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us when we needed to get to the bus station on our departure day. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is good. Our main complaint, however, is the food. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, but if you arrive at 9:30 AM, many items are already cold or no longer available. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, and they provided a lunchbox. Frankly, they could have skipped it. We've stayed in two and three-star hotels before and received lunchboxes, but seeing what this 4-star hotel provided, we were genuinely disappointed. We also ate at the restaurant twice. The Western portions were very small and not particularly flavorful. For these reasons, we would not book this hotel again."
