"One of the most beautiful pools in Vietnam and very nicely laid out. Beautiful rooms that are a lovely use of space. A beautiful pool bar but very difficult to get service until the evening as it isn't manned during the day and they wait for you to get their attention. Would be giod to have a way that is clear to let staff know when you need their service. It is also a shame that there is a wonderful selection of drinks, until you get to the beers where is only supermarket brands. No options for any of the many craft breweries that are in southern Vietnam, including Can Tho. So if you drink beer, especially supermarket brand, throw a case in your luggage on the way. Swimming after dark with hunting bats flying around was a lovely end to the last night of our stay."

Holiday One Can Tho Hotel
"We were allocated this hotel as part of a Mekong Delta tour (see my other reviews). It wasn’t where we expected to be staying and would never have booked this based on previous reviews I guess in terms of value for money in Western terms it would be difficult to get a large bedroom with breakfast for £22/night which is what it was on booking sites when we stayed however we were relieved to only be staying one night. Room was large, moderately clean though needed updating. The staff didn’t speak English (I know we were in Vietnam), weren’t very helpful and didn’t make any effort to communicate via translation apps which we experienced elsewhere. The most rude staff member was when I asked for an omelette for breakfast-the “chef” looked very annoyed that he had been disturbed from looking at his mobile phone. Not a word was spoken. No questions as to what I might want in it, no thank you or your welcome in response to my thanks, no smile. The only time during our whole holiday that I experienced this reception. Breakfast generally wasn’t great-not a great choice and looked unappealing, coffee and tea unpleasant."

However, the day we went, it was a group dinner, so the music didn't stop until we got off. The hotel itself was clean, sanitary, and the front desk service was all good."

A bit far from the center, but since the center itself isn't particularly interesting, it's a pleasure to retreat to the hotel after excursions. Extremely friendly staff. Billiards and foosball to round off the evenings. A big thank you to everyone who made this stay so enjoyable."

In my opinion, this hotel is not worth the price, the price is high but the service is too poor, a 4-star hotel does not have a refrigerator, the TV can only watch the radio and cannot be connected. internet and connect a few phones. There's not even a wardrobe, whereas a 1-2 star hotel already has all these things. Room smell is too strong. Won't come back because it's not worth the money spent."
