Wir waren mit einem 24 köpfigen Team im Hotel untergebracht. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt, von außertourlichen Essenszeiten bis Lösung von Problemen jeder Art. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Hoteldirektors Herr Fabrizio, der mit Geduld und Kreativität, Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität immer für uns da war.

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve, a terrible week's experience. Although we had booked a prestige room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) 5 months before, we were given a lower level room with a double bed and two tiny camp beds, obviously the room not being for 4 had excessively limited space with the addition of the 2 camp beds. Terrible food, in 7 dinners we were not served a single dish above average. Minimal breakfast. Amateur and rude service. To be reclassified under 3 stars. Finally, a note for the director who is not up to his task. As a final gem, when paying the bill we were charged for a prestige room. not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms, carpet everywhere, in the rooms and in the corridors.

The landscape is the evocative and exciting one of the Dolomites, the architecture is that of the traditional residence of Princess Sissi, the structure is that of a 5-star hotel which for modesty is classified as 4. And I say 5 stars thanks to the professionalism of the staff, always attentive to customer to make everyone feel at ease, better than at home. It is the second year that I have returned here in the period between Chris**as and New Year precisely because, as they say, "Chris**as is family" and here it is. Spacious rooms, clean environments, complete services of 2 restaurants, pub, disco, piano bar, cocktail bar, Spa, gym, mini club etc.; Excellent cuisine with a wide choice and adaptable to all dietary needs. I would add that I have an almost 2 year old child who here, in addition to many friends to have fun with, has found many uncles (from the barman to the waiter, from the receptionist to the cook, not to mention the manager who he loves) ready to pamper him at any time! I highly recommend it to everyone, both young people who will have fun in the disco inside the hotel, both families and couples looking for relaxation!

I spent New Year's Eve in this hotel, from January 26th to January 1st, with 5 friends and my partner. We had 3 "Convenient Double" rooms, 2 in the new area of ​​the hotel and mine in the "old" unrenovated area. The room had a queen size bed (see photo 1) and zero living space, the bathroom was also very small and the door opened halfway because there was a bidet immediately behind it, so you couldn't stay in the bathroom with the door open because you couldn't fit in due to the limited space. Having paid for a double room we went to the manager Gaetano to ask if it was possible to change rooms and in the meantime at the reception there was also another gentleman who was complaining about his room (we can see that the problem of the rooms not being suitable for the requested service were more than one). For the other remaining nights they found us a double room as requested, it's a shame that the rooms are really very small and the bed takes up all the available space, not even being able to open the suitcase on the floor (see photos 2,3,4 and 5) . The bathroom had the same door problem as the other room. In terms of food it's average, you don't eat badly but you don't eat very well either. In the evening at dinner you had to get the desserts that were on the buffet before starting dinner because otherwise they would run out immediately and they wouldn't bring them back, so you would run out of desserts if you didn't get them at the beginning. In the paid spa, several times the hydromassage tubs didn't work and, despite having informed the attendant, nothing was done (I repeat that the spa requires a fee in addition to the room).

Shameful room for what you pay, freezing room because the large window incredibly has no veil on the shutters, resulting in a cold wind in the room. The hotel buffered the situation with sheets tucked under the veil and an electric heater. Room below the size limits required by law, without a refrigerator and non-working television and located on the ground floor at street level. A disgrace for a 4-star hotel at over €400 per day. Today, December 31st, we are waiting for the promise of a room change or alternatively reporting to the police, for this scandalous situation to say the least.
