The food was exceptional, well done to Chef Dario and the kitchen staff who put on amazing dishes every single night without fail. The menu was extensive and the salad buffet was also very well stocked with a variety of dishes. Our kids tried so many new and healthy options and were not disappointed. The spa and swimming pool were next level and enabled the body to relax after a hard days skiing. Will definitely be back again!"

"The double room and en-suite bathroom were fine, with a little private balcony outside the room with the view of the forest on one side and the view of the hotel breakfast room with people eating on the other side. The issue with this hotel, the only big one, was that the parking was supposed to be there and free, unfortunately there was no parking at all!! They receptionist told us to park in the private parking of the private residents building opposite the hotel and when I asked ‘ what happens if the police take away our car? Will the hotel be responsible?’, of course she said no! As there was absolutely no parking at all around the hotel area, we parked were the receptionist told us but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all, thinking about the car park! So our stay here for one night was ruined. This hotel has no free parking available for all their customers, even if you let them know in advance ( they may have a couple of parking spaces, but it’s a lotto to get one!). So if you decide to stay here, we aware of this if you’re coming by car."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay – highly recommended! We visited in week 10 of 2026 and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. Our luggage was quickly taken care of, and the overall level of cleanliness and service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was exceptional. Dinner each evening was beautifully presented and of very high quality, and the breakfast buffet was both inviting and flexible, with the option to order exactly what you wanted. Before arriving, we were slightly concerned about the distance to the ski lift, but this turned out to be no issue at all. The hotel’s shuttle ran constantly, and we never waited more than a few minutes. The driver was always friendly and very helpful, also assisting with skis. Overall, a top-quality stay that we can highly recommend. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent location, the staff is helpful, but the building is terrible. The kitchen is a minus 6. The rooms are old and broken, such as: shutters, leaky shower stalls, broken or missing radiator valves. Fake wood-colored film covering holes. A jewel left to itself. The staff is helpful, but there's nothing you can do about the lack of maintenance. And all this for €174 per person per night. A terrible deal. If you want to risk it, ask for the ground floor rooms. They are the only 4/5 that have been renovated, so they are worth the price."

"My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful ski holiday in the Sella Ronda, staying at hotel Villa Rosella. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, with a very short walk to the lift. The facilities in the ski and boot room are excellent, with plenty of space for everything. Hotel Villa Rosella is a charming and characterful property, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. The bedrooms are cosy and comfy, and we slept very well. Meals were excellent, and the ladies serving the dinner were friendly and professional. A highlight was the “regional specialities” evening where the staff wore their “Trachten” and the chefs’ culinary expertise was on show. We’d love to come back!"

"My wife and I stayed at this friendly family-run hotel from 28.2 to 7.3.-26. Everything worked fantastically for them! The room was clean and newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and flexible. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Their own minibus took us free of charge every day to the center of Canazei, where there was a ski lift ticket sales and ski rental shop. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were perfect! We will never forget the service and quality of this hotel! We have traveled a lot for both work and leisure and rarely get this level of all-inclusive service that the Hotel Azola offers!!!"

The rooms are spacious , and have a balcony overlooking the Dolomites. We did not visit their restaurant for lunch or dinner, we only sampled their breakfast, which offered a good selection of sweet and savory options. We enjoyed the fitness center, which also features a second seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Recommended."

"The hotel is located right in the center of Canazei. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The carpeting along the stairs isn't the best; it's a bit depressing. The only major flaw is the lack of an elevator, and if I'd known that in advance, I'm not sure I would have booked because it's not exactly ideal for carrying luggage, especially having to walk up three flights of stairs every time, or for those with family members in wheelchairs. The staff is very kind, but very cold. At the reception, being more cheerful and welcoming guests with a smile wouldn't be a bad thing, because their faces always made it look like something had happened. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in June. The wellness center was beautiful and brand new, with both indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. It was truly relaxing and worthy of a 4-star standard. Our room was new and very clean, although a bit small. Our least favorite part was the restaurant. The evening buffet was quite extensive, but there wasn't much choice for main courses unless you had allergies. The wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed managing all the tables. Overall, it was a great stay."

"We’ve just returned from a super week staying in Villa Emma. We got a good deal with Crystal and found everything went very smoothly (especially in the current climate!) The hotel is in a great location, we walked our sons (8&6) to Centre of Canazei, which is lovely, several times with no issue. The bus stop right outside worked well when with ski stuff. The hotel is a solid 3 star, it was clean and very fairly priced for what it was, which is nicer than the pictures in our view. The staff were friendly and the bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed many happy evenings having a drink and playing games. Grace in particular was so lovely with our boys! The food was fine, a little repetitive maybe, but we were happy to eat there every day. They even prepared us a breakfast to take on the bus to the airport as our transfer was so early. We would definitely return to the hotel. It is a beautiful area with fantastic skiing! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome. The Wickham Family"

"We stayed in this residence for two nights in mid-September. The location is excellent and really convenient both for reaching the center and for the road that leads to the various passes. The room was for six people and was spacious, modern and equipped with all comforts. Check in was very quick, the only flaw was the covered parking which is not suitable for long cars and we had to park in the cable car car park."

"What a great find! Price was best in town and quality was fantastic. The views are great, room is huge and breakfast was delicious. I know I sound like I’m gushing but honestly this is the best place we have stayed on our two week trip to Italy. It is not the Four Seasons but then again nothing in Italy is, for what we wanted for our biking and hiking trip it was A+++ Check out the photo from our room, stunning. We are postioned over a roaring river which is a perfect soundtrack to fall asleep to! Also, the town is 1/2 a block away, tons of restaurants, bars and stores within 1 minute walk. Going to dinner tonight in building next door, great location. "

"Super Hotel and best rated 4* but with 5* food and leisure facilities. beautiful rooms and top class service from all staff. The friendliness and interaction with all the staff including the owners make this a really great experience not to be overlooked if travelling to the Dolomite area of Italy. The buffet selection of salads and such variety of bite sized meats, vegies and cheeses before we sat down to be served our evening meal was only beaten by the deserts which were an artistic tasting wonderland (see pic) A most enjoyable stay in one of the best ski areas in the world, Val di Fassa, Very modern, large and varied spa area in the basement topped by the infinity pool on the 2nd floor looking out over the town of Canazei and the surrounding mountains see pic. Worth coming for this alone especially sitting in this outdoor pool with the snow falling all around. Great week"

"This was a wonderful holiday and the hotel was excellent. Great food, service and wonderful staff. This was my first solo ski trip, hence I was a little apprehensive. However the staff did a great job in making me feel welcome. The room was clear, nice views, warm , with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for ski stuff. The sauna and hot tub are well worth a visit. Location is perfect if you want to get just that little bit further away from the main road. Regular bus service both outside the hotel with a further choice of buses TWO MINUTE walk away. The breakfast is great and with the evening meal you get to select your choice of meal the day before. This really is a lovely family run hotel…"

"Let's just say the location isn't central... almost 7 km from the center, so you'll need a car to get around. However, it's nice to be immersed in the woods and have imposing mountains in front of you. Upon entering, you get the impression of a "guesthouse" or old hotel, but the welcome is still good. The room was really large... actually, two rooms, and in one, a walk-in closet and a small balcony, unfortunately too close to the other rooms and without a view... it had part of the roof in front. The room was clean, the furnishings were old, and there were some things in need of updating in the bathroom. For shower gel/shampoo, only uncomfortable plastic sachets. We had half board. The food was good, you choose your choice beforehand by filling out a form and you have a salad buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert/fruit buffet. I didn't like the latter very much. The breakfast was good, the prices very good."

"I go by points otherwise I would have to write a dark novel. Before our arrival they refused the credit card through an email notification from the booking site we had used. We called the facility and they told us that everything was fine anyway, upon arrival the card was found to be working perfectly, too bad that by doing so they eluded the booking system of the well-known site, which also penalized our loyalty points collection. As for the stay: let's start with the dirty bathroom (residues from other guests in the tub for example), cold water (it is said due to a temporary fault after due notification). On the morning of the last day, last but not least, we went to have breakfast, duly paid for, but due to a bad stomach ache I decided to make myself a small sandwich to eat later (mini 4cm sandwich with a slice of cooked ham). The waitress, without letting me explain, started to rant against me, in front of the other guests. To which I replied that if it was such a serious problem, I would have paid for it at the reception. We head to the reception and are treated even worse, unpunished snack thieves. Stunned we try to speak to the owners, after much resistance we manage to reach them, hoping at least for an apology. And instead we were told "don't worry, we won't report you to the booking site for your unworthy behavior!". It seems like a ridiculous nightmare but no, this is our experience in this squalid place. We absolutely do not recommend it, unless you are a fan of "Nightmare Hotel"!"
