Bad customer service..BAD VERY BAD! Terrible time when people check in Recepción doesn’t provide any information regarding the rules or regulations inside the hotel. Nobody knows nothing-There isn’t información desk. Everything had to be done with reception.. meaning go in line again and again…Total desorganización! The place is nice, but I will never go back to this place.

This place is a rip off,pools are nice but food was awful,we couldn't find anything to warrant the extra£400 we had to pay to be able to eat or drink and that was for 2 of us for 2 full days,wouldn't waste my time here unless you got money to burn and love bland food,very disappointed

El check in toma mucho tiempo, al ingresar a la habitación nos encontramos con ropa interior femenina en el armario, llamamos al front desk, la housekeeper viene y lo recoge, ningún lo siento o necesitan algo más escuchamos. Son tacaños con el wifi, llevé mi laptop pero solo pude conectarme con mi celular; el ambiente para los jóvenes no es muy atractivo, todo cierra temprano y como broche de oro, el buffet de desayuno es pequeño por lo que hay que formar una fila de 20mins en ayunas para acceder. No lo recomiendo.

The room was in a state when we arrived. No hot water, phone and hair dryer didn’t work, bath plug didn’t work either. Wifi for only one person, which is extremely slow. Requested to change rooms but staff were unhelpful and it was extremely loud as our room was next to the beach club so during the day it was blaring music, then in the evening the performances outside our room again kept us up until 11pm every night. Food was also very over priced and incredibly disappointing. Every cocktail was disgusting and the steak house food was grim. A total waste of money and way too overpriced for a very average stay.

El servicio para registr**** es muy muyyy lento, duramos dos horas para que nos asignarán habitación y ya había reserva y ya había Sido cancelada, adicional se cancela por el saneamiento de la habitación el cual cuando haces reserva y cancelas directamente en la página no te menciona nada. Y para llevar tus maletas no te guían a la habitación,todo es súper lejos hay que caminar muchooo a las habitaciones y tienes que hacer reserva del botones. Si no hay disponibilidad tienes que llevar tus maletas.

exelente lugar , muy bien atendidos, muy higienicos y te permiten acceder a todos los servicios del oasis, fuimos solo con desayuno y nos arreglamos muy bien. El club de playa es imperdible. y los espectaculos

Prepare-se para passar por momentos complicados. O hotel é vendido com esse nome, porém é o mesmo que estar hospedado no Grand Oásis. Inclusive os prédios são todos na mesma estrutura. Sobre as dificuldades, vamos lá: Primeiro o check in tem uma fila onde, com sorte, você irá sair em no mínimo 1 hora. Segundo, a comida…. Você não se serve, por conta da pandemia, então o pessoal colocará sua comida. Além disso, a comida é muito ruim. Carne cheia de nervos e gordura, muita fritura, doces horríveis. Muitas filas para entrar no restaurante também. Sempre. Terceiro, internet é paga. Enfim, só o nome é diferente. Fuja.

Reservamos por un viaje de trabajo, la zona y el precio nos parecía conveniente. Habíamos leído reseñas del mal servicio pero considerando que lo utilizaríamos solo para dormir nunca nos imaginamos que fuera tan terrible. El grupo llegó de madrugada y les tomó 2 horas asignar habitaciones que además eran con 1 sola cama cuando específicamente se solicitaron de 2. Dos noches después y más de 16 llamadas telefónicas el hotel resolvió poniendo camas adicionales en las habitaciones. Teníamos una reservación adicional para algunos del grupo que se quedarían una noche más, nuevamente nos dijeron que no aparecía la reserva, ni el operador de hotelera.com con quienes hicimos estas reservas (y reservamos constantemente sin problemas) pudo comunic**** con ellos. Es obvio que están bajos en personal, el servicio es terrible. La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel en mi vida.
