"Although not located in the core hotel district, the hotel facilities and services are excellent. The shopping center offers good other conveniences and a number of good restaurants. However, without a beach or a good pool, it cannot be strictly called a resort."

"I always stay here when I’m in Cancun. I love the fact that it has its own section of the beach and two beautiful pools. The restaurant is right on the beach as well and the staff are very nice and welcoming."

"The room was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, from a peeler to a dishwasher. It felt like home. It was the most fully equipped hotel I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool was right outside the door, and a few steps to the right was the hotel's private beach. It was great."

"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"I found this apartment in good location near to a big mall and bus center which goes to deferent cities from Cancun and the cleaners were very friendly and the manager is also a very good person, the only problem in this season mosquitoes which bites us and not feel comfortable. The AC was working well and small swinging pool water is changing regularly 👌 . Finly found it very good 👍 ."

"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."

"It's the second time I come and I love it. The staff of maintenance, cleaning and coffee makers are 10, perhaps in the reception were a little colder and I don't understand the guest policy very well, no one can come to visit you passing beyond the reception. The hostel is great, the beds and the location."

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."
