"I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience."

"NYX Cancun has both good and bad points. It’s in a good location, suggests all the best facilities, staff are friendly and generally accommodating, and the rooms are well proportioned and feel good. However, all inclusive does not mean all inclusive with lots of things excluded on every menu, at the bar, On the beach, at the spa – there’s not paid upgrade everywhere so all inclusive is more just average. On the day after you arrive the team Are very pushy to take you to a 90 minute presentation to join their club. The 90% of people it won’t be the right choice, but for those who go to NYX regularly it might be useful, offer people that like the NYX type of Hotel, for others who just want to come and enjoy your vacation the presentation and pushy sales is a big turn off. There is a massive problem with availability around the pool. The pool is small for the number of rooms in the Hotel, and it’s not available all day as you would expect – the events team are constantly taking it over for Aqua aerobics, water volleyball so at the peak hours of the day you can’t actually go for a relaxing swim. Also, the lounge is around the pool of part few for the number of guests, often all being fully reserved by 7:30 am with people showing up mid morning not staying on them all day but blocking everybody else. The Hotel does have space on the beach, but all the premium spaces are saved For paid upgrades, And their exclusive paid club which is hundreds of dollars a year more. Finally, allergies with the food is dangerous – cross-contamination in the buffet and the staff don’t take it that seriously. If you want a well located Hotel for a reasonable cost with a nice room and you’re prepared to do the sunbed fight don’t mind a presentation and love friendly staff – it’s a great place to stay. If you want midmorning availability at the pool, all inclusive to mean all inclusive, or you have dietary requirements – there are elements that may not be ideal. Not a bad Hotel, but more average than great."

"The hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less."

"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay."

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue."

"When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night."

"To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent."

"The room was dated, the furniture worn out. The front door was wooden, which didn't make me feel safe. But... when I stepped out onto the balcony, I forgot about everything. The sea was right below me. Absolutely beautiful. The beach was seaweed-free! The location is convenient, all the action is nearby: a 7-Eleven, Coco Bongo, a shopping center, various cafes, and a Starbucks. Yes, it can be noisy if the balcony is open because the sea is raging right above your ear. Yes, I had trouble sleeping because I didn't feel safe due to the lack of security and the wooden door. But I would come back again and again 🥹"
