GGuest UserI recently stayed at a beachfront resort, and it was amazing! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the balcony offered stunning views. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserEverything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.

AAofengThe room has a view of the sea, and is very close to the shopping center and the commercial center. The swimming pool on the top floor has a beautiful view. The service is thoughtful, meticulous, enthusiastic, and very safe. It is convenient to take a taxi and a bus. I am very satisfied

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night.
The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude.
Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.

We requested a late check-in due to our plane's itinerary. Since there is a 24-hour door staff, there was no inconvenience.
The room was just what we needed. It also included a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooktop, and dinnerware.
A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are within walking range, as well as the access to the beach.
One thing to improve is toiletries size, especially soap and shampoo.

Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small.
All in all the hotel is recomendable.
