Great getaway, good location. Rooms cleaned daily as needed and kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook all week. Staff was very friendly and a fun find were the different book exchanges available. Pools were heated.

Cobran todo, cobran Un tarifa que fue pagada en ******* y al llegar cobran 15 dólares adicionales por noche, cobran estacionamiento y otras cosas por lo que al final pagas mucho más que otros hoteles con mejor servicio, además de cobrar por todo ni agua ni café te dan de cortesía.

Very dissatisfied that the resort fees and taxes were higher than I was told. They said it was because I paid with a credit card and the exchange rate. I was told before hand Inhad to pay the taxes and fees to the resort on a credit card. Duh,, I sure would like a refund of about $160.00.

Club Regina Cancun is my "Happy Place!" The locale is so beautiful. We love that it is a smaller facility with fewer than 80 units, as that enables them to provide a truly personalized vacation experience. Many employees have been there for years, which tells me management must be good to work for. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome.

The property was below our standard and the pictures were quite misleading. We purchased a room that had an ocean view and instead were put in a dungeon-like, dark room in the basement with no view. When we confronted the front desk staff with what we actually paid for versus what we got we were told they were booked. ******* noted that a $14 local tax would be collected at the property. This turned out to be approximately $85. The staff struggled to explain the nature and amount of the charge. I would not stay here again.

Beach access is great and airport distance.
Service is not good, I had to enter the kitchen to get the attention of the waiters to be seated. Same thing to get my check and pay.
The building could do a renovation. I stayed on a ground floor room and had the view of the entrance gate. Not so secluded. My room got a sewage smell.

Es limpia, Tranquil y accesible. Lo que no me gustó es que L comida muy cara y muy miserable la porción. Me pareció absurdo que cobren 14 dolares adicionales a lo que Y se le pagó a ******* por uso de instalaciones, WiFi, al cerca y hasta de la cocina que tenía en la habitacion
