room refresh needed they are outdated and old. The bathrooms are clean but falling apart. Safe did not work had to call maintenance ( No biggie) TV defiantly needs upgrade and r better service company. All around a great place to stay. Beach area great and multiple pools.

The spa was always cold as everything else was good. Staff was always very friendly. The Mexico travel solutions staff onsite put us on a wrong tour that we didn't want to take. We just made the best of it Otherwise, the staff was great....good luck.to everyone.

Had such a great time, great service, amazing location! Staff is constantly cleaning! I would consider a coffee shop. Rooms need a major update (jr suits)

Personnel très courtois et attentionné, hôtel très propre malgré qu'il est un peu vieillissant. Il pourrait y avoir plus de palapas sur la plage. J'ai adoré la soirée de « Silent disco » qui est une soirée avec 3 DJ qui jouent différents styles de musique en même temps et qu'on peut écouter dans des écouteurs en changeant de fréquence. Sinon, les spectacles ne sont pas de grand intérêt.

Everything was good and I would like to experience staying at Hotel Rio again in my next trips. I came there for my birthday, and I'm very happy with my choice. It was a very different memory
