사이트에서 결제까지 다했는데 처음도착하니 확인 안된다고 헛소리해서 바우처 보여주니 이제 원래 지불 예정인 132페소에 172페소 더달라고 방키안주고 뻐팅겨서 30분 실랑이 하고 버티니 그때되서야 원래 예정 금액으로 체크인했습니다. 원래 멕시칸들이 사기를 잘치는데 카운터 직원 천성인건지 예약사이트가 전달이 잘못된건지 .. 카운터 다시가서 물어보니 역시나 자기들은 잘못없음 ㅋㅋ 말도 안나오는 최악의 호텔 다른데 가세요

Stayed one night in Cancun, went to the beach halfway, which was quite far (Uber cost about 100RMB). The room was small, the air conditioning didn't work, it was not the peak tourist season, and it was not worth the price.

Very clean, hot water. The quilts are very comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly👍👍Especially the big supermarket downstairs has everything, so convenient! There is also a counter on the first floor for one-day tours. The receptionist was so warm and friendly that it was touching! ! The itinerary arranged is also very cost-effective, high quality and low price...it's great! !

The front desk was open 24 hours a day, so I was able to get help at any time. Breakfast had just the right variety. The fruit and waffles were delicious. The room was too small and a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom was a bit old.
