Decent hotel with basic amenities, can have a better breakfast buffet. They charge hotel tax at the property only came as a surprise as we thought all the charges are paid upfront.

Es un hotel con instalaciones muy viejas y con poco o nulo mantenimiento. El personal no es amable, al contrario, es pesado y mal encarado. No respetan los horarios establecidos para bebidas, alimentos y toallas argumentando que deben checar salida y por eso cierran 15 min antes todo.

Es un hotel básico que tiene potencial para mejorar, desde la infraestructura con detalles más bonitos y no hacerlo sentir como un viejo hotel, la comida igualmente simple sin complicaciones pero nada de lucirse, eso sí por momentos algunas veces fría. El wi-fi no fue bueno, al punto que no pudimos contar con el 1 día, El personal es muy amable y con deseos de hacerlo sentir a uno muy bien

Las amenidades o shows son muy atractivos, las dos albercas muy limpias, de debe variar un poco más los alimentos, con respecto al personal siempre atentos a brindar el mejor servicio, los snacks deberían de incluir nuevos alimentos, la playa luce siempre limpia.

No había agua caliente en la regadera, pésima luz, no hay otro lugar para sent**** en la habitación que no sea la cama, la comida del restaurante estaba muy mala, las toallas huelen espantoso, no tuvimos oportunidad de meternos a la alberca, 0 aire en el lovi del hotel, tampoco hay luz en la orilla de la playa, la almohada esat muy dura igual que las camas

Entiendo que es un hotel regular, no es 5 estrellas, pero hay varias cosas por mejorar. 1. Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación. 2. El cuarto olía a drenaje. 3. No había buena iluminación en el cuarto (siendo las de la primera planta). 4. Había variación de voltaje. 5. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones alrededor. 6. La comida del buffet muy sosa y sin sabor. No esperen mucho de este hotel, y si esperan más, es mejor salir de paseo a otras playas mas bonitas. Sobre el personal no hay quejas, la atención fue buena.
