The place is old, run down and it is a 1 star. We left and went to another hotel! Pool is barely bigger than a tub. Rooms are outdated, horrible showers. Food was decent. They need to update the place. No where 4 stars. The positive reviews are fake!!!

a pesar de ser un hotel pequeño te da acceso a otros hoteles de la cadena con transporte totalmente gratis , el personal muy atento . conocimos a tres empleados del restaurante sumamente atentos Sergio ,Edwin y Carlos tratan siempre de complacerte y atenderte con mucha cortesía . los chefs muy complacientes . la comida muy buena .

Highly recommended for families with young children - not too noisy @ night. Food was great :) Great service from staff members - everyone was respectful and appears to be enjoying their job. We are definitely coming back!

The attention is too bad, once you are inside they want to charge you for everything, the staff are very despotic and not very empathetic, in reality I loved Cancun, I would not stay in this hotel again, everything is very unpleasant and more humorous

I strongly recommend not to go. Waste of money and time. The food is disgusting the housekeepers just moves the hairs from one place to another,mold everywhere inside my room 120. Check-in took me about an hour and at the check-out they charge me more than the math was even when I showed him with a calculator that his math was almost $100 over. He got nervous and told me to submit a complaint with the manager. The only good thing I have to say about it is one young bartender He was really nice and always tried to make us feel better. He was extra miles. They need to hire another chef like quick this one don't even know how to make a mashed potatoes. Not to mention that is a simulation of a gourmet restaurant. Transportation Left us behind after wait for him for 25 minutes and asked the driver if he was the one we were waiting for and he responded "no". We ended paying a $30 taxi and They asked for a mayor credit card for everything.

The best is the restaurant and its staff. Samuel, Edwin Sergio Alexis and the lady, I don't remember her name. Careful attention, varied and abundant dishes at an affordable price. Good predisposition to serve you. They made our stay very pleasant
