The buffet breakfast is delicious, but expensive, 580 pesos/person. The waiter asked us what we wanted to drink, and we said cappuccino. When we checked out, we were charged an extra 126 pesos/2 cups of cappuccino. It turned out that coffee other than Americano was charged separately, and they did not inform us in advance.
I paid $50 when I checked in, and I thought it was a deposit, but it was not returned to me when I checked out. It was said to be a service tax, 10 dollars per day*5 days, but when I booked the room, it said that the price included all fees...

The location of the hotel is very good, next to a shopping mall. Eating is very convenient.
The hotel service is very good, but the room is a bit damp, the quilt is very wet and heavy, and the bathroom smells quite strong. I spent three days smelling terrible.

It was pleasant overall. But I had to pay unexpected extra 20 dollars for tax when I checked in. Maybe it will be better if they informed me in advance. Except that, every thing was good.

I stayed for three days in total. Overall, I felt that the service industry in Mexico was generally very poor. What surprised me most was that there were blood stains on the bed sheets. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels around the world, and this was the first time I encountered it. nausea.
