This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive package.
So would I recommend this resort to anyone who hasn’t visited Cancun? It is a definitely a YES!

The room side and cleanness is good. Pool and beach access is super for those love swimming. Food was so so, not various options, however generally ok.

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option. We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha. If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference.
