We were here for dental work so this was not a fun trip unfortunately. They did have an issue with the pool, which was unfortunate but they immediately started working on it and it will be as fixed as soon as possible. I’m sure. The comments I wanted to make were about the veranda restaurant. Alphonso is the manager and he really makes an effort to make sure his people are friendly and give you everything you need. Uvaldo was the waiter that we kept using for the two weeks because he was so nice. Occasionally Felix and Mercial helped us. They were all exceptionally polite and remembered what we wanted. Several times they actually took food and blended it in a blender for my boyfriend who couldn’t eat anything but strained soft food. Some of the other restaurants were not as friendly, and the food was intermittent and inconsistent on whether it was good or bad. I think Alphonso tries very hard to run a tight ship and he has a good staff. This hotel is a good value for the price.

Bueno en todos, pero si se ve que están un poco deterioradas las instalaciones (albercas) y los horarios están pésimos para mi ya que todo el día da sol y n ellas

No hay empatia, tu tienes que cargar tus maletas al cuarto, recepción te contesta de mala manera, no hay notificación en tiempo de mantenimiento

The beach was nice and stressful. I almost drowned. and my face is puffy and red. We thought our brother drowned because he didnt want to follow.
