Very good service for Preferred
It seems that the system such as check-in/check-out by floor and concierge is good.
However, the facilities seem to be a bit outdated (compared to Scarlett), and the wait at the restaurant is so long... It usually took 1 to 1 and a half hours

A hard place to eat
