Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit en fin de journée après un vol de 10h et un décalage horaire de 7h avec un enfant de 2 ans. J'avais pris la peine de demander un lit bébé avant notre arrivée, l'hôtel m'avait alors confirmé qu'il serait prêt dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés j'ai été surprise par ce lobby vieillot qui contraste avec le luxe des hôtels avoisinants. Arrivés dans la chambre même impression sur la décoration datée, la climatisation est très bruyante, aucune bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et, évidemment, le lit bébé n'était pas installé, nous avons donc dû retourner au lobby (impossible de joindre la réception par téléphone) pour réclamer le lit alors que nous étions épuisés, celui-ci nous a été apporté par une personne très désagréable. La vue depuis la chambre était très belle, cela aura été le seul point positif de notre court séjour.

Beautiful well kept property. Staff is excellent. Food was very good. We came here to live on the beach and in the ocean all day. Gorgeous pool that we never got in. We never left the resort the entire week, and it had everything we needed to completely relax and unwind. Full condo style suite, 1 befroom condo or two with the adjoining lockout bedroom, which is like an additional hotel room. Market on site and 3 restaurants as well as coffee/icecream shop. Beach was well kept as well with ample loungers, chairs, side tables and natural umbrellas. There was a playground set for kids on a side lawn. There was a beach lifeguard on duty until 7pm. This is not an all-inclusive place which we loved. We are not big drinkers, so we saved a lot of money over what all-inclusive fees are these days! Restaurants had a good variety of offerings. The market had almond and coconut milk and fresh fruits and frozen veggies, a variety of items for vegetarians and vegans. Restaurants were great with food allergies and helping people with different diets. The waiters asked about food allergies every time. My husband and I had a great time here. It was quieter than most resorts and very chill. Good spa, I had 2 massages that were very good. Would definitely book here again!

Fiquei hospedada por este hotel oferecer cozinha completa, para passar a quarentena, ou seja, 15 dias e por este motivo não saímos do hotel para evitar contágio. O problema desse hotel e q todo sábado vc tem q trocar de quarto, isso é horrível

We enjoyed our star at the Royal Islander. We can't wait to go back. Great service and nice rooms. Very convenient shuttle service to the other Royal hotels. The breakfast buffet has very good quality and many different options every day.
