It's in a great location, with BASE XCARET nearby where you can go on various activities, the large local supermarket Chedraui, and the taco shop Taco Rigo. It's not an all-inclusive resort like many in the hotel zone, but I thought it was perfect for active people who want to go out and have fun during the day.

The hotel is very close to the market and different shops. But the beach near the hotel wasn't clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit dark. The hotel takes the deposit (100 US dollars) when you check-in, it is not convenient.
