Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

The items in the buffet are relatively fresh. The beach does not seem to be under the management of the hotel, and there is an extra charge on the beach. It is best to hide in the hotel. Overall it’s pretty good place from location perspective. Everything is pretty much nearby. Staff was really nice and helpful. Hope they will improve upon food options for vegetarian meals.
