르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요.
니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다.
멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에,
도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다.
르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, ..
어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다.
우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다.
Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다.
바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다.
일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다.
호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^
무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요.
매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님.

올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다.
비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요.
요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다.
물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^
몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요.
클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다.
프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다.
다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다.
신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ
까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요..
아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡

酒店設施，衞生，服務，景色都非常好。有三家餐廳需要預約，其中法餐廳有米其林水準，服務人員熱情，專業。管家服務和客房送餐服務也可以讓客人在房間完全躺平。

The overall experience was fantastic. Our service team/butlers Rosa and Eduardo were exceptional and so polite and quick to help. Arielle played the violin for us on an amazing romantic beach dinner and he even took requests as we got to dance to our wedding song again while he played. The spa was incredible and the complimentary baby moon massage meant everything to my wife.

Le Blanc is always amazing but this trip took the cake! We checked in and immediately received a coconut drink and something to relieve the pressure from our shoulders. We checked into our room and our butler Eder jumped into action. He ran a bath for us, gave us shopping recommendations, and over all attentive service. Our maid, Lizabeth was detailed and organized. She payed out our clothes amd kept the room in pristine condition. My husband got a sunburn on our last day and in passing I mentioned this to Eder. To my surprised, Eder listened closely and left some aloe in our room to treat the sunburn. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. The food at Yama and Terrana was amazing. I will be back! If you’re looking for all inclusive in Cancun, this is it! I’ve also been to their location in Cabo an the service was the same caliber :)

My wife and I stayed at Le Blanc for 7 nights and our experience with the resort and to ALL the staff were amazing. Special mention to: Brito, Hugo, Manuel - our Butlers that constantly checks on us and offers assistance. Armando fr spa/tours - patient with us when we were making a lot of changes with our appoin**ents and gives good recommendations that we enjoyed. Angelina - concierge - very friendly, always smiling, accommodating and helpful. Margarita and Grisel fr Spa are very good with what they do. Services provided was so worth it. Lorenzo- Bella, Emilio- Lumiere, Daniel- Buffet, Gilbert -Bar - excellent customer service. To all the beach staff - very good service despite its very hot and hard to walk on the sand. Juan Carlos - Driver - cares about the guests and their safety. Everyone was wonderful, hard working individual. I apologize, I cant remember all the names, I will do better when we come back for another wonderful experience.
