Good place in hotels zone. Food supply and service timely. the only thing to be improved is the wet stairs , it’s pretty slippery without any protection stuffs on the ground, only caution sign there. Be careful when walking to the canteen. No fitness room.

Sin duda un experiencia única que pude disfrutar con mi familia, desde que llegamos todos nos recibieron muy amables. La abitacion muy bonita y limpia con espacio suficiente. La comida muy buena, en los restaurantes tienes muchas opciones. Me gustó mucho que tienen servicio de niñera, Lupita es muy amable y servicial mi hijo se la paso de lo más genial con ella y mi pareja y yo pudimos disfrutar de las actividades de la alberca

This has a nice family a**osphere. The food was good, all the staff were very helpful and it was very clean. We did not get sick eating the food or drinking the water.
We ocean water was a bit murky so we didn’t swim there but took the shuttle to other beaches.
Note: it did cost more upon check in than ******* had listed (17000 mxn instead of 10000)

We did not enjoy our time At Ocean spa Hotel, the room air conditioning did not work well and the hot water did not work well the buffet food was not very good. The restaurants and restaurants staff were great and the ability to go to the other two resorts made the vacation much better.
