Good place in hotels zone. Food supply and service timely. the only thing to be improved is the wet stairs , it’s pretty slippery without any protection stuffs on the ground, only caution sign there. Be careful when walking to the canteen. No fitness room.

Beautiful on the outside, but room looks like you stepped into 1977 Motel6. Buffet food was hit or miss and drinks were watered down.

Food was actually good. Very hospitable service. I can’t give it a 5 because the AC didn’t work well in our room, which is needed when staying at a place as hot as Cancun. Also the water was yellow in both the sink and toilet and smells like sewer.

Quedo gustoso con este hotel el trato de personal de recepción desde que uno llega hasta los chicos de los bares muy amables un hotel que cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo en tus vacaciones le agradezco a cada uno de su área por su gran trabajo desde más mucamas,las chicas de limpieza , restaurantes, el chef que hace muy rica la comida del bufete y también quiero agradecer a Lupita siempre tan sonriente y servicial transmite su buena vibra con los niños mi hija disfruto mucho estar con ella definitivamente estas vacaciones serán recordadas y recomendaremos este hotel que vale la pena ,saludos desde Costa Rica

Un poco pobre en las comidas No tiene playa A nuestra familia q le encanta la playa tuvimos q ir a otro hotel de la misma cadena Lo bueno q tenias un ómnibus q cada una hora pasaba y te dejaba en cualquiera de los otros dos hoteles Pero el personal un espectáculo La señora de la limpieza de dormitorio Carmencita una genia Deja todo excelente
