在酒店區一眾全包酒店裡性價比很高，房間可能因為年代久比較普通。游泳池，沙灘，餐廳這些配套設施還不錯。

三餐、飲品、下午茶全包。buffet不需要預訂，開放時間很長，墨西哥餐廳、意大利餐廳、海鮮餐廳需要早上9點lobby預訂席位，除了儀式感十足，餐食量很少一小塊這樣。左手隔壁是個成人酒店，好多衰老的裸體。右手隔壁是公共ferry。沙灘很少人，沙很細。有可以預訂的娛樂項目。酒店圍起來一塊海域或走或遊。隔天晚上酒店有表演，也有乒乓台類康樂設施。

I love it awesome staff members and hotels love the crazy games every now and then and I like how the entertainment staff gets involved to with such teamwork and joy my experience at occidental costa Cancún was awesome and I will highly recommend it to other friends and family as well thank you for such a wonderful experience and making us feel right at home to hotels to restaurants

We spent a week at this resort at the end of April. The not so good: The beach. It seemed rather artificial and solid. Although, it was kept clean, and I never had a hard time finding a beach chair. The good: The weather was fantastic! The food was also very good. The rooms were nice, and clean. The beds/pillows were quite comfy. The staff at the resort really made the whole trip. Pepe at the buffet in the mornings/afternoons was a pleasure to socialize with, and always kept our needs met. The bar at the beach was where the real fun happened. Henry De Leon and Enrique Perez work there most evenings. They are a delight to spend time with and practice your Spanish. They kept our drinks full without us even having to ask. They helped us get creative with our drinks and really made the trip more fun with their great humor! I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a good time.
