It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

AMAZING VACATION ! Don’t believe the bad reviews . I was concerned after reading some of them about coming here and I can honestly say anyone who says this place is not great needs to stay home . The service - unreal . The front desk staff , the wait staff , the bartenders and even the cleaners - everyone is extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you . Probably the one of the best hotels I ever stayed in for the impeccable service . The drinks are most definitely NOT watered down and are delicious and made to perfection. Even the wine is so good ( sometimes the wine in Mexico tastes like battery acid … but not here ) The rooms are so huge . Extremely spacious . The beds are so comfortable . The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5- I loved the food but my partner had a hard time with some meals . There is nothing wrong with it, but he found it sometimes challenging in selection . It can also be pretty noisy at night but you’re on vacation - people want to have fun so let them . All in all this resort is better than “ you get what you pay for” and we loved it ! Thank you for an amazing trip !!!

Todo excelente servicio playa comida bares todo excelente como recomendación ampliar horario de drinks en bares y ampliar el horario de piscina sería un plus ya que por motivos de programación no se pudo disfrutar bien
