酒店位置不是在面向加勒比海的beach side, 但有免費water taxi或shuttle 去同集團的酒店。但是在其他酒店并不是全包，在沙灘熱了飲杯水都要額外收費。
酒店的餐廳也不太好吃，但種類算多。
但總括來說這家CP蠻高的，價錢算是hotel zone較便宜的選擇

Safe area, beautiful beach, good food. Things to improve: drinks (not good), bathrooms cleanliness near pool and in main lobby. Staff was nice and food was good.

Wow it was perfect Daniela the bartender was amazing !!! Best Paloma I ever had, will be back also Adrian the entertainment person put in a good show!!! Deff will recommend Friends to visit soon, the food was good best elote I had música was on point too, bingo was fun even tho I didn’t win it !!!!! Ahhh hopefully next year

Gracias al equipo de entrenamiento por la actividades, en especial a Camila qué siempre estuvo muy atenta, hicimos varias actividades como, Pintacaritas ,Zumba Cornhole, trivias musical , vóleibol, bingo, estilo de música. Tomamos el taxi por la laguna y estuvo muy bien.

Las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, la vista hermosa,el cuarto hermoso. El servicio excelente. Fueron detallistas al arreglarnos el cuarto por nuestro aniversario y en el restaurante asiático también nos felicitaron. El show de teppanyaki del restaurant asiático es super bueno. El barman MEXICO es el mejor en su trabajo,muy agradable y servicial. Así mismo en el restaurante asiático su personal en especial a LUIS quien fue muy atento con nosotros. Incluye un transporte en yate por el lago hacia el Sunset Royal.

Second time to visit sunset marina and as always in the last 3 years the food service has always been great. The food is always phenomenal. This time I invited my friend to eat dinner here, bragged that food is better than the other sister’s hotel which she was please with the excellent food and service. Jose and William proved their excellent service and made our dinner memorable. These two individuals showed their work performance and compassion, they were kind and friendly which we did not experienced from the other hotel. Both of this staff should be recognize of their excellent service which they carry the name of their company.

Excelente equipo de animación, Camila y todo el equipo estuvieron excelentes en todas y cada una de las actividades tales como, Aqua aerobics, zumba, la actividad de preparación de cócteles y alimentos, el bingo, karaoke, bolley ball, todo excelente, una felicitación especial al Barman México y Edy por su excelente atención y recomendaciones, por todos ellos regresaríamos son duda al hotel
