Great location just next to Tulum Avenue. Very clean place, lovely and understanding staff. Hot water was lacking on certain nights, but still fine to make do. Still recommend!

Really good hotel to stay. Eating, transportation, shopping all are convenient. Although the hotel room is simple, it is cleaning and every thing available. Other than the backside machine and the room refrigerator a little bit noisy, every thing is excellent! Beacause the flight delayed too much, I arrived almost at the early morning, the staff still went out to open door for us. He may not get slept well that made me feel so sorry.

Fue una experiencia muy grata, el trato del personal fue fantástico, y la seguridad del lugar muy buena, siempre que teníamos alguna duda o dificultad enseguida eran atendidas, la señora de la limpieza paloma muy atenta y amable, realmente si volvemos a Cancún nos hospedaremos ahí, nos tocó las suite con cocina, y todo funciona bien, viajamos con mi esposo y mi bebé de 1 año y todo muy bien, realmente esta super céntrico, caminas como 300 metros y esta la parada de autobuses que te llevan a la zona hotelera, o a las plazas, a cualquier sitio!

It was a good place to stay in Cancun for one night. There is so many good restsurants near hotel and it is also easy to walk to Ado bus station. Receptionist was kind and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nader , there was an issue with the A/C but the staff quickly fixed the issue and I had no problems with my stay at Hotel Nader.
