Great value all inclusive hotel! The hotel is connected to the Royal Solaris and you have access to amenities and restaurants at both hotels. However, the GR Caribe is the more modern and more exclusive hotel. The vibe is notably nicer for couples without kids as the Royal Solaris pools are usually full of families.

There is really no internet in the room, and the WiFi needs to go to the lobby. There are a lot of small programs, but the activities are not written anywhere, so the staff are more enthusiastic, which can make up for it, and the food is average.

They over booked and we.were.1 bed short our first night. Were suppose to bring cot but didn't and wouldnt pickup phone at front desk. They didnt care at all.staff at check in where very rude, beds where very hard. And they power wash right outside ur window at.night, employees where shouting to each other. I will not stay here again. I have stayed at Royal Solaris 3 times Their sister hotel and never had these issues. The wait staff in Mexican Restaurant where amazing, really exceptional compared to most everyone else.

Muy buena atención de todos los chicos que trabajan ahí, en especial de Esmeralda de animación, muy linda, servicial y con una excelente actitud para hacia los huéspedes. La comida del buffet también esta muy rica. Sin duda regresaría mil veces más al hotel.

The overall experience was an exceptional one the service was quick and friendly. It always felt like we were welcomed at every place that we went and the staff would go out of their way to make friends with us. There was one special person who made our trip , name is Emmanuel. He was open a conversationalist always willing to help. Making our stay 10x more enjoyable. Once again our stay was great the food variety was amazing the food staff was friendly and attentive. Will recommend friends and family to come to this resort

Just had one of my best vacations ever!!!!! This resort in particular is outstanding because their staff takes care of their guest. We had a blast with the entertainment crew, they genuinely took care of us and that's why I'm comfortable giving them 5 stars. I'll personally would like to thank Yzrael Aguilar for taking care of us while my son needed a badaid he took time out to get it for us and asked next day how he felt knowing they have so much guest to take care of. Shout out to Ruben, Chris, Leo, Abraham, Grecia, Nina and Melissa.
