Perfect for what we needed it for. Good little spot. Cheap

It is relatively close to Cancun ADO Central Station, about an 8-minute walk, and is suitable for a day trip by bus to Chichen Itza. It costs 120 pesos from the airport to the station. From the station, take the Orento bus 245 directly to the gate of Chichen Itza. Tickets to Chichen Itza are very expensive at 614 pesos. The conditions of the hotel are very poor in all aspects. It is very fashionable. There is no refrigerator or microwave, there is no place to put the suitcase, and the water is very small. It feels like I have returned to the 1990s to remember the bitterness and sweetness. Later I stayed at Ibis, and the conditions were much better than this.

Very good for its price and close to the center, the pool and its stay very comfortable

這是一家很老舊的酒店，酒店環境衞生很糟糕，而且價格沒有一個標準網上訂跟線下訂價格差了快一倍，房間沒有熱水還一個房間收70美元真的是太垃圾了

We didn't stay the night. Our a/c was non functional, room smelled of sewage and bed sheets were full of stains. Our other famiily members' room smelled like an astray. It was horrible. We checked right out. Went to another hotel and paid the same price. Thankfully, we got a refund, we appreciate the receptionist for that.

Unfortunately the place is not what is on pictures, the rooms smell horrible. It's in a good location, but the property needs a very needed renovation, and clean up. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights, we couldn't stay one. Tried to cancel, but I haven't heard from the property nor ******* and it's been more than a week.

I stayed here one night as I had a long layover in Cancun and wanted something close to the ADO bus station. The hotel rooms could really use a refresh, but there was nothing terrible about them. They were clean enough, however I did find toiletries left over by previous guests; made me wonder about the housekeeping. The pool was very welcoming and a blessing in the heat. And speaking of heat, the AC in my room was old and loud like a jet engine (light sleepers beware!). I really have to tip my hat to the front desk staff. I had some issues with the new digital arrival forms (do yourself a favour at Mexico customs and go the old fashion way; talking to the guy in the box. The new face scanning system is a monumental pain in the ****!), and the lady working the desk moved mountains to help me (with my limited Spanish and her non-existent English). I can say enough good things about her, as she went above and beyond to help me. I wish I got her name, so I can give her proper credit in this review. All in all, an okay hotel.

Overall a good experience, staff is very helpful. The only problem are barking dogs in back yards on back side of building

It's a decent enough room for the money except they don't really have any place to put your items except for one spot

The hotel is very basic with a pool. there is not internet service in the rooms, you have to walk to the lobby to get connection. We stay in the hotel for a night.

STEP TO ENTRANCE HIGHER THAN NORMAL AS A HANDICAPPED PERSON IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO GET UP THE FIRST STEP WITHOUT ASSISTANCE
