It is too simple, just like a rough house, the house is too expensive, and the facilities inside are too basic. In my country, I can do it for 200 yuan. The most important thing is that there is no hot water!

I ordered a room with a view and i was told it wasn't when i got there. For our first time there it was disappointing for the overall experience. The shower and tub were both clogged upon arrival, but was taken care of when brought to their attention. No tv for 2 days they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Reveptionist girl didn't seem excited for us giving them buisness not very assertive or attentive. Only good thing it was very close to the nightlife so no busses needed just walk to everything.

Good value for the money. The property is a bit old and had a couple of minor glitches. The toilet water was not properly pressurized and the door was scrapping on the floor. Yet all else was clean and working well. The staff was very helpful and the location is excellent.

All the staff were nice except a waiter who works in the swimming pool and the beach called Israel who was very rude to us in fact we made a complaint against him.

For the price this place is decent. My issue honestly is that you felt uncomfortable. We spent a decent amount of money eating and drinking pool side and everything was fine. When we decided to bring some mixed drinks and beer the issues started. Here came the rules. When my wife ordered a pizza and had it delivered we were told that no outside food was allowed around the pool area and we should of been informed during check in. We spent almost 400 dollars on a 4 day stay on their bar and restaurant. Management needs to understand that not every meal or drink is coming from them. On a side note why do some rooms have cooking areas. Makes no sense. Not my first time in Cancun or a resort. Never again
