The hotel has an excellent location and has tremendous comfort, all places and areas are very clean and the rooms are very cozy. The location of the hotel makes transportation to all places of interest 100% easy and the staff's attention is excellent, in my opinion I recommend it 100%. I will definitely come back💯 thank you very much Cancun

Nice hotel, with a good location in the center of Cancun and close to many restaurants, you can also take buses to the beach area. The breakfast is very rich too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lobby and pool side are decent.
Hotel rooms are old and tired. Lift access to the One small lift was terrible with slopes/stairs . Initially assigned a room on 7 floor which is not accessible by lift and we had large suitcases. Toilet didn’t flush and smoke detector kept making a high pitch noise.

The room is too small and located next to the main road. The outdoor swimming pool is the only highlight here, but some seating areas by the pool seem not to be clean. Considering the price, it is quite cost-effective.
