I booked hotel on Trip.com, and upon arrival my room was not ready. Front desk staff said that I should not try to book reservations on a Sundays because they are usually booked. She told me to wait an hour for my confirmation to reach their system, it never did. I preceded to just say swipe a card because my Fiancé and I were tired. They gave us the most basic room overlooking a roof and not the superior room with sea view that I requested from this supposedly 5star hotel. Definitely not 5 star, they give you bottled to fill up water and no bottled water. Rooms looks like Golden girls sitcoms from the late 80s. Definitely will not rebook and looking to be discounted from the hotel for piss poor service.

We got sick... 6 out of us 9 got sick while we were there, we also had hardware issues such as doors not shutting, one of our rooms had door handle replaced, AC was super noisy and in another room not cooling until we called several times before it was fixed. This place isn't worth the money and I don't think proper hygiene is maintained if that many of us got sick while we were there

The hotel lists that they have shuttle service for an additional surcharge. Upon further investigation, the property doesn’t have shuttle, instead it’s through a third party. Once I was checked in, it was discovered that room was dirty. The floor was covered in dirt and the bedding had clearly not been changed as marks were discovered on the pillowcases. Also, they seem to have construction going on in some of the rooms as the room above mines had noise coming from it for majority of my stay. The room was on the second floor and was in clear view of the roof of the first floor where the staff could been seen walking around all hours of the day, which was unpleasant during my stay.

A una parte del grupo le hicieron una upgrade por que no habia más espacio. El problema es que al resto nos cobraron us500 para estar en la sección del resto del grupo. Parte de las secciones de entretenimiento de agua están cerrados, nadie nos avisó. En la entrada también el botones nons invito a un evento de magia gratis, después nos enteramos que era para vender un tiempo compartido . Hasta ahora encuentro poco transparente el comportamiento

This was a great resort. The staff was friendly and helpful and there were plants of activities to keep us busy. The buffet was good but the restaurants we visited were just ok. Overall, a nice resort.
