酒店內部很老舊 千萬別訂 非得訂住幾天就行 你會後悔的 看看Google評論不要相信評分 如果你看到評論,先把墨西哥餐廳訂了。bistro很難吃別訂,還不如自助餐好吃,雖然buffet晚上不咋樣。酒店活動很多晚上留意一下就可以。泳池晚上不開放。 能訂coral就訂coral (另一棟直麪大海的樓,都在這個酒店裡,專屬海灘專屬躺椅/床,專屬游泳池專注自助餐) 原文:浪費了一整天來更換房間。訂的kingsize,沒房給了double queen。第一天説第二天能換,第二天説第三天下午3:00能換,3:00pm到了説最早4:00pm可以換。前台登記緩慢,比加拿大還慢。房間內就是三星的設施老舊,馬桶壞的,兩個枱燈和三個牆插都是壞的———衹有一個燈能用,浴缸底部裂開生銹。門和房頂不隔音,從早上6點到11點一直有噪音。自助餐廳兩個衹開放一個。電梯三個有一個壞了,本身就很慢而且不是聯動的,現在就更慢,走樓梯更快。谷歌評價虛高被騙了hh 好了,這是換完房間之後:廁所燈光亮度是之前的四分之一,排風扇不能使用。所有的房間隔音都很差,清晨樓上拖動行李的聲音,上午樓道里收拾衞生和拖拽傢俱的噪音,房間地面是瓷磚的確實會吵,想睡懶覺就帶耳塞吧。樓層高的好處:視野更好,聽不到外面泳池的音響,樓道里的人也更少噪音也更少。電梯需要等很久。樓層低的直接走樓梯就能下樓,但是會很吵,關上所有的門,樓道里的聲音會更明顯,不得不説陽台門隔音還是可以。 吃的小紅書上有腹瀉發燒,我們除了飲料都是喝礦泉水,沒啥問題。不過確實注水包括酒精飲料。 自帶口罩,酒店沒有為客人準備口罩。 Wasted a whole day to change rooms. I ordered kingsize, the front desk said that there is no kingsize room now, so gave me a double queen. On the first night, they said they could change it the next day, on the second day they said they could change it at 3:00 pm on the third day, and when it arrived at 3:00 pm, they said it could be changed as early as 4:00 pm. Nothing guarantees you here, this is Mexico. Front desk registration is slow, slower than Canada. The room was 3 star old, the toilet was broken (like a fire alarm), the two lamps and three wall plugs were broken - only one light worked, the bottom of the bathtub was cracked and rusted. Doors and roof are not soundproofed and there is constant noise from 6am to 11am. Only one of the two buffet is open. One of the three elevators stopped running. It was very slow. Now it is super slow. It is faster to take the stairs. This is a "Mexican 5 star" hotel with poor interior maintenance. Don't trust Google ratings.

I booked hotel on Trip.com, and upon arrival my room was not ready. Front desk staff said that I should not try to book reservations on a Sundays because they are usually booked. She told me to wait an hour for my confirmation to reach their system, it never did. I preceded to just say swipe a card because my Fiancé and I were tired. They gave us the most basic room overlooking a roof and not the superior room with sea view that I requested from this supposedly 5star hotel. Definitely not 5 star, they give you bottled to fill up water and no bottled water. Rooms looks like Golden girls sitcoms from the late 80s. Definitely will not rebook and looking to be discounted from the hotel for piss poor service.

Pedro, Jackie, and Ricardo were great. Staff cares and makes sure everyone is having a good time. We were here for 6 days, the the coral level. We were given an upgraded room free of charge. Rooms and utilities are extremely clean. Entertainment team makes sure everyone is having a good time!

El hotel es completamente hermoso, la decoración moderna y fresca. El diseño de las habitaciones súper práctico. Son espaciosas. El room service impecable. Absolutamente todas las personas de Iberostar con las que hemos tenido contacto fueron muy amables. Quiero destacar a Daniel (encargado de gestionar la gastronomía del hotel), quien un día en el desayuno me escuchó conversando con mi novio respecto a mi alergia al gluten, y me buscó por todo el hotel hasta encontrarme, para ofrecerme un sinfin de opciones sin gluten. Definitivamente esa experiencia ha marcado la diferencia. Realmente agradecida con Daniel. Además, Daniel se contactó con sus colegas, quienes también quiero destacar por su predisposición y amabilidad para ofrecerme siempre opciones en todas las comidas que quisiera hacer y en dónde las quisiera hacer (buffet, restaurantes, habitación, etc.). Sus nombres son Marisol, Jacinto, y Ángel. Edgar fue nuestro mesero en varios desayunos (en el Antiguo Laguito) y también quisieramos mencionar su cortesía, alegría y servicio. También sumamente destacable la atención de ALVIN en el Star Prestige de playa. Absolutamente atento, siempre con buen humor y predispuesto!!! GRACIAS ALVIN! Israel y Yul en la barra del mismo sector también hicieron nuestra experiencia sumamente destacable. Se nota la experiencia de Israel en el rubro. La habitación estuvo SIEMPRE impecable. Nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza incluso fuera de horario convencional (aprox. 19.30hs) y todo siempre estuvo EXTREMADAMENTE LIMPIO y agradable. Incoporaron una APP mediante la cual se puede pedir room service, además de visualizar las actividades que se pueden hacer, la ubicación y horarios de los restaurantes, etc. La verdad, me encantó! Muy práctica!!! Solamente quiero sugerir mencionar algunas cuestiones que me resultaron engorrosas y que no fueron satisfactorias: - Todos los días reclamé la factura. La respuesta que me dieron no fue satisfactoria y se contradecía con lo que me dijeron por mail cuando hice la reserva. - Todos los días (literalmente) pedimos cambio de billete de denominación de 100 USD por billetes de menor denominación para poder dar propina al personal y NINGUN DÍA nos dieron. Es una pena terrible ya que hubieramos querido darle propina al personal porque realmente lo merecía y no pudimos hacerlo. Cada día, nos decían lo mismo: "el banco viene mañana". Literal. Se ve que es el cuento que le dicen a todos. No entiendo el motivo, realmente. Además, me mencionaron que exigen que los billetes sean de serie mayor a 2000. Eso fue muy raro. Es normal que se pida cara grande... pero pedir una serie particular?? No me había pasado JAMÁS, en ningún lado ni en ningún otro país. - El check out es presencial y en dicho momento te cobran la tasa medioambiental. Hubiera preferido abonarla cuando llegamos y luego no tener que hacer check out presencial. I am traveling with my family of 18 this summer and the lack of customer service I have received so far is frustrating. I have called and emailed several times to get some arrangements made in advance due to our group size and they have fallen on deaf ears. They have a general customer service number and they offer no help or have given me incorrect information. It is impossible to contact the resort directly by phone and the Concierge has not responded to any of my emails. I have vented to my travel agent who has also tried to help me but she hasn’t gotten anyone to get back to her either.I have 6 rooms booked and they are all over the place, one family can’t even get a room and the website won’t let me access the reservation and the customer service # told me because I have more than 3 rooms I am unable to go online. We are wanting to set up some tee times to golf and was told because we used a travel agent we can’t do that in advance.We are now 2 months from vacation and not feeling good about staying here for a week.

PRO –15 Min ride from the airport –Staff were friendly to littles –Lots of shallow pool for littles –No mosquitos CON Room/Hotel –A/C leaked in room and staff were not accommodating –Broken safety box –Clogged toilet –Bedsheets smelled terrible day one as if it wasn't clean/washed properly –3 working elevators, so if its busy you'll have to wait and its a sauna in there (for those worried about hauling your own large suitcases) –Kiddie pool area (the one with the pirate ship) was littered with dirty diapers and trash everywhere, some of the structure were coming off. We avoided this –LOUD MUSIC starts at 5pm almost everyday, it was exhausting when you're trying to get a toddler in for a short nap before dinner Food –My husband got food poisoning on the 3rd day of the trip from a meal at their buffet so he was in bed the rest of the time and when we told the staff there was no empathy or concerns or offer to give us any electrolyte... –Buffet food is decent –Restaurant food is no good. I ordered a Lobster roll and that was just bread and slaw and tiny shredded bits of "lobster." Their Japanese hibachi restaurant is overly salty and the soup was not the correct recipe Service –If you imagine service by the pool or beach while you're taking care of a toddler alone, don't, no one comes around to get your drink order, they'll come pick up your empty cups though. So I have to haul a toddler to the center of the hotel for a drink each time. NOT IDEAL –Towels location are the worst, its closer to the door so if you're at the beach you're outta luck Beach –Full of seaweed, the public beach next door was much cleaner –The sand has a bit of a hill so its not a flat land where you can run straight into the water –Waves are super strong and heavy (prob because we went in April) We were out $4595.13 for 4 nights and 5 days. Go elsewhere.

This Resort is not bad but it is definitely nothing close to 5 star. It really is just average. There was nothing they did wrong in particular there was just so much more they could have done right. The no plastic policy is good but if you’re going to have such a policy, provide your glass bottles in sizes that can fit in the refrigerator. Who wants to drink took temp water in a tropical climate? Also the no smoking policy even outside is laughable. The room service hours can not be 24hrs??? We were told the restaurants close at 10:00 during check in but I arrived at the steak house and also the Italian restaurant at 9:24 pm and was told they were closed. There were too many in inconveniences like this that make this resort closer to 3 stars. Compared to the 5 star quality cancun resorts and other Caribbean countries. I will say that the app they offer is very convenient and tech forward. It seemed very family friendly and orchestrated so it’s probably a great place for families.
