Tuve inconveniente en mi reservación y fue todo un caos es pero que Trip se haga responsable ya que fue un error en la reservación me realizaron dos cobros y según la reservación ya estaba todo incluido no me incluyeron a los niños y la reservación indica que los niños menores de 12 años se hospedan gratis incluimos 4 y nos cobraron por los cuatro

La verdad la Cadena Oasis me sorprende más cada día de lo mucho que han caído en Calidad y Servicio,No 1 llegas al hotel y para encontrar la entrada das varias vueltas pues no hay nada que indique el nombre del hotel y su entrada..!!No 2 sus porteros y Concierge son lo peor,mal educados,incapaces y prepotentes,Tuve incidentes al entrar al hotel pues no querían agarrar mis maletas pues traían laptops dentro pero igual no me dejaban meter las Maletas al Lobby cosa que Jamas había visto..!!La comida poquísimaaaa la variedad y las filas en las noches para Comer pues te quitan las ganas,Conclusiones este Hotel ahora mismo lo catalago entre los 3 más Malas y Horrendos de la Zona Hotelera..!!NO LO VISITEN..!!

The hotel was fantastic, the staff very helpful and the Entertainment team are the best!!! A holiday is what you make it, If you go to moan then of course your not going to enjoy it. Main pool could do with more cleaning but you can use the SENS pool which is very clean. Also use the APP and make dinner reservations and you wont be in a que. We got a reservation every time if we booked on the app in the morning. We would definitley return and definitley go to visit the isle of mujeres for the day on the ferry its unreal. Food was great but could be more choice. Burger bar needs to serve hot burgers and hot dogs as they was cold. Other than this overall amazing holiday!!!!

Overall a good experience but the food is limited option as early booking required for the wanted restaurant and not many choices, I only had a chance to pick between two buffets, since I was on excursion most of the time. If you stay at Sens/Grand Oasis, the resort room is nicer and with more food option. Alcohol is offered all day long till 1am. Late night slack is without fruit option. Right outside is the $1 bus shuttle that will take to downtown and etc., pretty convenient.

Hotel: amplo, todas as áreas do hotel limpas, Wi-Fi de boa qualidade, piscinas maravilhosas com bastante espreguiçadeiras. Atendimento: gostei de cada funcionário que falei, desde a recepção fomos super bem atendidos , achei eles alegres e educados. Comida: muito gostosa, de boa qualidade , muitas variedades , gostei do sabor e amei as massas !! Quartos : amplos , bem equipados , travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas macios! Praia: a praia e muito boa, limpa , a cor e bem clarinha, ótimo pra quem tem crianças ! Eu me surpreendi com cada detalhe do resort , tem shows, app pra reservar alguns restaurantes e ver o mapa. Perto do barco que sai para isla mujeres!!
