This hotel is an economical one, suitable for a layover. The conditions are a bit worse, but the price is cheaper and the facilities are generally decent. It is much better than the hotel my brother booked in 2 days that is 20 meters away. It is cheap and good quality!

To be honest, I had very low expectations, however, my stay was incredibly pleasant. I looked at other guests' reviews and was concerned about the cleanliness, but upon entering the room I found it spotless, tidy and comfortable. Let's see, it is a very accessible hotel and you will not have many amenities, the room does not have water bottles or an ironing table, but they include two rolls of toilet paper, soaps and shampoo for each night. Clean towels are included and at least in my experience, clean with no disgusting stains or residue. The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and welcome you with the warmth that characterizes the southerners of Mexico. They prepared my invoice correctly and I was able to pay by card without problems, in addition, the internet covered the room perfectly (even though it was hidden at the back of the 2nd floor). Overall, I recommend it and I will return without hesitation. Negative aspects: The shower drain gives off a terrible smell, which is not a problem since it has a rubber lid. Although there is hot water, it takes a while to come out and some water is wasted, although it makes no sense to bathe with hot water in Cancun, I guess. It is the hotel that offers the best value for a low budget.
