The room was worn out. The balcony door did not lock, the air conditioner was underpowered and did not get the room cool. The bathroom vanity top was cracked and broken. The bathtub was terribly stained or dirty. Couldn’t figure out which it was. The furniture was chipped and worn out. Cooking facilities was a joke. Only good thing about the room was the clean linen. Would not recommend this place. It was a dump

The view is beautiful and the pool was great! We were there for 2 weeks and felt safe and comfortable. The restaurant there is ok and there is an OXXO across the street. The price is good compared to other places there. I would go back to this lovely place!

Le logement proposé n'était pas conforme au descriptif de l'annonce.
Nous avons demandé un autre logement avec une cuisine, une salle de bain en bon état et une vue sur mer. Le nouveau logement proposé deux jours plus tard était plus petit que la réservation.
L'accueil n'était pas terrible, ils attendent que les clients arrivent dans leur bureau et vous réclame le prix de la bonbonne d'eau mis à disposition dans la chambre.
Pas de lit parapluie proposé.
L'hôtel était bien avec une belle piscine, une belle plage et une jolie vue sur la mer.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable et aimable.

La amabilidad y hospitalidad que ofrecieron los trabajadores fue maravillosa. Siempre trataron de acomodarnos. El cuarto fue hermoso y mucha limpieza por todo lado, a cualquier hora. La vista es hermosa. En mi próximo viaje me estaré quedando aquí definitivamente.

Great location for this set of apartments on the zona hotelera cancun Safe easy access directly onto a list stunning long white sandy beach made up for the dated exterior of this building There is a large pool laundry shop security gate ample on site guarded parking 2306 our apartment had just been refurbed Feb 2024 so was super clean and all working well A/C ,TV , shower, glass doors , two double beds , kitchenette , fresh decor Mary is our onsite agent available by WhatsApp for any questions she was very accommodating There is a launderette , book share , bar/cafe , large pool available but the best thing about this place is walking straight onto the beach gorgeous !

Esta horrible el servicio, la habitación que nos tocó tenía un buen de cucarachas luego nos cambiaron a una de menor categoría porque no había más y sin agua caliente, la limpieza estuvo muy mal no cambiaron las fundas hasta que no pedí que las cambiarán tampoco las toallas y la comida del hotel está fea y te obligan a dar el 10 o el 15%de propina si no das lo que te piden se enojan, el agua de la alberca está friisima eso sí tiene una vista espectacular pero la verdad no vale la pena todos los servicios pésimos incluyendo la recepción

It was an old, torn and dirty condominium. Wifi and TV did not work. Tons of dust behind the TV and other parts. There were old soaps. No water. Parts were broken everywhere, The balcony had no rail. Luckily we only stayed one night,
