The staff were very friendly to greet us, but did not help in terms of information on tours, print our boarding pases or other hotel services. The answers were always no, so come prepared with everything because you won’t get things done here, also the pool and rooms could use a little maintenance because they are old and smell old

I liked it was peaceful resonanabled price compared to other hotels on row pretty pool two of them and there was hot water most places the water doesn't get hot in mexico it dod at this one
Not loud like other places i stayed it was tranquil
I wish they had a fridge and ice .. no ice machine
I dodnt like that i couldnt jave a latte in the morining woth a half mile walk

Prices high for the value, parking is almost in the street, personal in counter is rude they tried to charged me for a second card key I left inside the room.

The ******* description of the room indicated it would have cable and 50 inch flatscreen. Instead, there was a puny 18 inch TV with no cable. The room was noisy, the door didn't lock, and we were charged an extra tax in addition to the fees paid to *******. This was to be our last night of a driving trip throughout the Yucatan peninsula, and we wanted a comfortable room to rest before our flight. Under no circumstances, would I recommend this hotel.
