This hotel is very quaint. We got to the hotel exactly at the check in time and the check in procedure went smoothly however the room we were assigned wasn’t ready. There were no towels, no shower curtain or basic bathroom amenities and one of the beds wasn’t ready either. After complaining we got assigned a new room and it was better. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud but other than that the room was comfortable. After the initial mishap everything else went smoothly. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu but the staff were friendly and attentive.

Ужасный отель. Никому не советую. Мебель старая, двери это вообще смех, просто для вида. В номере слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре. Будто бы двери нет. Запах в ванной. Кондиционер работает только на одной мощности, не регулируется вообще, спать с включенным кондиционером невозможно, он очень шумит. Сейф не работает. Холодильника в номере нет. Одна розетка на всю комнату и та у телевизора. У кровати нет ни одной розетки. Телевизор старый, нет smartTv. Пол за 10 дней ни разу не мыли, ручка моей сумки на фото, вся в пыли. Пыль не протирали, все поверхности пыльные (телефон на тумбочке на фото видно). Никогда больше сюда не приедем. Цена за номер очень сильно завышена.

This is an older hotel in the town of Cancún. The location means you have to take a taxi whenever you need to go someplace. The hotel is clean. Lacks amenities like a coffee pot in the room, hairdryer, ironing board, etc. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and will help you out as you need them. The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. you need to make your stay in Cancún a good one. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is basic but very tasty and well prepared. As mentioned earlier, the hotel is an older hotel, and the rooms, furnishing, and AC show that it needs updating. There is a small swimming pool on site.
It is a quiet hotel and normally very inexpensive if that is what you are looking for.

Hotel Plaza Kokai is clean, functional but sp****. Perfect is you are not planning on staying in the hotel all day long.
The only issue I had was that the hot water for showers tendered to run a bit lukewarm for my tastes and the street noise could get loud at times.
The staff were all very nice and professional. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly and helped with the humidity.

Nous avons été déçu de l’accueil. Nous sommes arrivé un peu avant 14h et le check-in était à 15h. Beaucoup d’hôtels que nous avions fait jusqu’à présent nous ont permis d’accéder à la chambre dès qu’elle était disponible. Ici impossible d’y accéder avant 15h donc tous les touristes attendent dans le hall. Pas pratique. La chambre était correcte mais très peu de prises électriques et de l’eau avait coulé parterre dès notre premier jour. Pas d’eau chaude pour se doucher. Convenable pour une ou deux nuits. Pas plus.

En general el servicio e instalaciones están bien, sin embargo las habitaciones les faltan algunos detalles como botes de basura o mesas de noche, aunque es algo que se puede solventar con el resto de muebles. La terraza luce descuida y un poco abandonada.
