I arrived in the middle of the night and there was no hot water. After struggling for more than an hour, there was still no hot water. I was very tired and irritated. Parking was also troublesome, so I parked in the back after a long circle.

Rooms do not provide much amenities and the Wi-Fi does not work. No elevator, have to carry suitcase up flights of stairs.

Fue una estancia placentera el servicio de parte del personal muy amable la comodidad la limpieza las instalaciones en verdad muy recomendable aparte tienes todo alrededor Chedraui Go Mart por cierto muy rico y barato , transporte a playas plazas Mercado ala mano , fue una estancia agradable

Que pena que traten al turista así y sean de mente cerrada! Hice una reservación por medio de una app desde CDMX para mi hermano, para que pasará la noche de ayer en éste establecimiento. Al llegar (10 pm) le dijeron que no estaba pagada, solo reservada. Enseguida me llamó y se me hizo un poco raro si había metido los datos de la TC. El Sr. David González (recepción) me explicó la situación. Le pedí de favor le diera la habitación para que descansará de un largo viaje, mientras buscaba los datos de la reservación y enseguida procedería a hacer el pago correspondiente. Pues su respuesta fue un "NO!! HASTA QUE PAGUE!!" con el peor de los modos. Mi hermano la pagó y el Sr. David Gonzales no le respetó el precio establecido en la reserva (app) $585, le cobró $735. En el momento mi hermano lo tuvo que pagar para poder tener donde pasar la noche y no buscar a esa hora (10pm) otra opción de hospedaje.

Needs some cosmetic improvement, but my primary concern was the lack of hot water. I tried two different rooms on different floors, yet there was no hot water. It was luke-warm at best, even after letting the water run for 10 minutes. Maybe not important to some guests, but for me, I enjoy a hot shower.
