The hotel's front desk service is very poor. The restaurant is also very average. The facilities are also very average. The top room is a suite with one double bed. The room given to us has two single beds. We went to the front desk to argue. The front desk said that there are no other rooms. We can't help you whether you like staying here or not. We don't express it at all. I have been to Cancun 4 times and this hotel has the worst experience. It's terrible.

David was the best! Cute beach club, not super rowdy which was perfect for our group. The water was beautiful, and the cabanas were perfect! The fish tacos were so yummy, and the drinks were also good. Definitely would recommend for those looking for a more relaxing and family friendly beach club.

I wasn’t happy with the inability to explain what an up charge last cost at aol restaurant. I wasn’t happy with the meal’s at cafe. Hot eggs cold everything else. The hotel was nice. It took 4 days for wait staff to figure out we consume a ton of water. It was my understanding we had one item pressed every day. I never received that offer. There was many thing I enjoyed and a few we didn’t. Overall I would do it again.

Paradisus is definitely a great vacation spot to stay. Amazing Property and Beach area built. However, I feel they should improvise on making their everyday Activities and Night Festivities more lively and involving. Try to include more water sports.
For vegetarian/Vegan, food options were very limited, including the room service food options.
Overall good experience!

Gran desilusión nos llevamos , fuimos en familia 17 personas , el día del check in fue un desastre , no encontraban las reservas de 7 habitaciones y a las ves muy poco amables , lo mismo ocurre en los restaurantes, muy poco amables , lentos y cuando se aproxima la hora de cerrar , corren . La comida buena . Cuartos normales . Muy buena pileta , con 200 reposeras y 10 sombrillas , para días de 28/38 . No recomendable , estoy todavía en el hotel .
