The hotel's front desk service is very poor. The restaurant is also very average. The facilities are also very average. The top room is a suite with one double bed. The room given to us has two single beds. We went to the front desk to argue. The front desk said that there are no other rooms. We can't help you whether you like staying here or not. We don't express it at all. I have been to Cancun 4 times and this hotel has the worst experience. It's terrible.

We loved the beach and the wonderful beach service. The food was excellent and Malva provided a perfect buffet option for breakfast, lunch or dinner if our group wanted something extra. The steak restaurant Sal is additional cost but one of the better food options along with Lemon Fish. It's hard scoring a beach chair after 7 am even by the pool so get up early to set your towels down to make sure you have a spot. The resort is safe with plenty of activities (magic show for our 5 year old!) and the kids club is open most of the day for entertaining the youngsters. Pyramid 3 gets a bit noisy after 9 as the stage is opposite the main lobby but the acts usually run for only 1 hour. The service is amazing and everyone works very hard to keep the property spotless.

El lugar es muy bonito, la comida excelente…viajamos en familia y en lo personal la habitación fue muuuuy espaciosa para estar con niños. La estancia y atenciones, fueron de primera, especialmente del Sr. Alberto, nos apoyaba enormemente durante los desayuno, excelente calidad humana.

Just ate at the Authentic Mexican restaurant Cielo! By far my favorite so far. Moises and Oscar are fantastic and some of the friendlies people we have had the pleasure of meeting so far. The food was fabulous 👌🏼 and the service was the best. Definitely recommend.

The beds are very comfortable, amenities are great, staff are helpful and welcoming. So much choice with the restaurants at the resort. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to cancun. Jose, our concierge was extremely helpful and nice, assisted with everything we reached out to him for. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Couldn't get the little things right... replenishing water,minibar, snacks or even a pen. Everything shuts down at 11:00. DON'T go to hear about the hotel unless you're looking for a different twist on a time share, BUT ALL STAFF WERE AWESOME PEOPLE.
