I reserved this hotel for only one night (thank God) $180us Supposedly our room included a mini bar in the room which I was looking forward to start the beginning of my bday with we get to the room and to my surprise not even a fridge in that room, we got an “All inclusive package” we get to the dinner room (it was outdoors) the food service was terrible, dinner was suppose to end at 10pm and by 8:30 they were out of everything they only had “carnita tacos” with terrible tortillas and service, we still wanted to look around the hotel and find something we liked, unfortunately the only thing we liked was the view they had next the beach at night.. Thinking there was a mistake or confusion with my reservation I decided to call the main lobby at midnight (when supposedly I was gonna use the mini bar included in my room) asked them about the mini bar and the guy who answered was rude basically telling me the room I got wasn’t all that, I kept telling him I had proof of what I was asking for and that I was ok with them not providing for what I had paid for but I wanted to send them proof of why I was complaining and asked for a number so I can send pictures, he gave me a “number” to send proof and hung up, to my surprise when I try sending my proofs that number was invalid.. DO NOt RESERVE WITH THEM! iTs a ripoff.. all lies and the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures.. I’m attaching a proof that said the room included a mini bar..

My worst experience in Cancun. I love Cancun and come to it a lot, and I am used to completing all reservations after careful research before traveling, but only this time and because of a circumstance related to my friend, I traveled without completing the reservations and during the urgent search I found that this all-inclusive resort He announced a price reduction, and with a quick search on YouTube and reviews on Google, I decided to book a room in it, and this is what I consider to be one of the biggest scams that I have fallen into in my life. I don't know why some reviews indicate that it is a good resort and the service is good and everything is good. What is their goal and who they are I do not know, but I advise not to believe them and everything I write is a personal opinion. I've been to a lot of resorts and hotels in Cancun, Cozumel, and Tulum (that's about Mexico). This is the worst place without competition. I'm trying to find some positives to write but for me I haven't seen anything better here than other hotels. As for the negatives, they are very many, and in short, I will mention some of them. Good customer service at the beginning, but it turns into worse customer service if you demand a solution to the problems you face, and kind words turn into mockery as soon as you ask for what you paid for. For example, the reservation says that the wifi is free, and in fact it is free only near the information desk, as the information man told me when I showed him the reservation email, which it mentioned that the wifi is free. He told me exactly, we didn't write free wifi in the rooms. We only wrote free wifi. The other problem is mosquitoes. We started the war against mosquitoes in the room from the time of reception 3 pm to 6 pm, and we were unable to win, and we were exposed to mosquito bites at night. The other problem is that some sources of electricity weren't good, there wasn't power in the most important one, which is near the bed, and therefore you have to charge the mobile phone far away, and you cannot turn on the light near you. The other problem is the AC in the bedroom was making an annoying sound. The other problem is that we paid for an all-inclusive reservation, and this means that we can get all kinds of food for three meals, according to what is written in the reservation. In fact, it did not happen. The receptionist told me that we were not able to get one of the meals, and this is contrary to what was written in the reservation email, which i received from trip.com after the booking sent to us. The other problem is that the water park was closed, and when we asked about the reason, everyone said, "I don't know. also about the food, not all items are free, as some types have prices written on them and you must pay to get them. The available options are very limited. and most of the chairs near the sea are broken, and the large places have the word reserved written on them, and no one used them throughout our time near the sea. That's not all, but I wrote a lot and that's enough. There are more bad things, but many details must be mentioned to explain them. Don't be fooled by the price, it's a trap.

The accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl

The service attitude of the staff in this hotel is very bad. It is a black store in Mexico. If you make a mistake in the pinyin of the reservation name, you have to pay again, and the all-inclusive food is the most rubbish food.

The buffets can be more kids friendly. Very little options for kids to eat. Overall for the price its a good place to stay hotel does needs more maintenance improvements..

Si not trust the pictures ,for sure the pictures was many years ago When I arrive to the place,I got to the room to relax after the trip and be ready to go around I take a shower and when I go out somebody break the door of the room I try to call from the room phone to from desk they never answer I try to call from my phone to the hotel number no answer so I have to go to the lobby to speak to the manager When I talk to him ,his answer was “don’t worry about that’s normal to happen My family stay on a diferent room when we got to their room the lock of the door was broken to DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE the drinks incluided on the “all inclusive was garbage I drink because was the only option never got drunk I just felt full of liquid Never again And on the cheek in the charge eco friendly hidden fee lowering the voice

Hotel is old, rooms are smelly. Rooms are NOT as on the picture and dirty. Food is junk, drinks are water. Stuff is not cooperative. They are asked to pay for the room upgrade - the one they have listed on ******* and that I already paid for… There was no towels in room, I asked 3 times to bring my towels in room or just give it to me at front desk. We checked out the next day, ******* tried many times to reach out to them to get our refund and wasn’t able to

Our stay at all ritmo was wonderful. Very friendly staff and bartenders. The buffet food was slightly different for each meal which we liked, everyone has options. The onsite seafood restaurant was incredible! The only low point for us was the Italian restaurant.. We left our meals and went back to the buffet instead! Extra shout-out to the bartender, Esteban - he makes a killer espresso martini and remembered our drink preferences for the whole stay. Tell him Adam and Kate say muchas gracias!

I am still in shock of my experience. My room was outdated, moldy, and the bathtub had cracks all around it. I could barely use the shower. You can hear the noises next to our rooms all night. The phone in the room did not work. The food was horrendous. I do not eat pork and there were no accommodations in site such as turkey bacon, hash browns. I am very disappointed.

This was the worse resort we have ever stayed! One buffet for the entire resort with the same food everyday. Not once was there any bacon or sausage for breakfast! The bathtub would not drain while showering! It is very run down. If I could give negative stars I would!

Old property. Furniture are falling apart. You will hear your next door room. We had to move to different room because the noise. Mattress has stane on the side. Our first room’s shade had mold on it. Food is ok.

Food at breakfast was the same everyday...little kids grabbing stuff off the buffet with their hands...they put me across the street from main hotel the room was a fire hazard waiting to happen. Electric cords frayed. Window in bathroom didn't work.No name brand liquor except bacardi.

Beach few steps outside door was great, the Food was decent id say 4 star, was fresh daily, the couple things that werent good, beds are very firm, walls are not insulated, you hear everything from people all around you, locks on doors are ok but not great, the worse part of this trip was no shuttle from airport or to airport, kinda stressful, the taxi dudes at airport charged us $120 usd to get to resort, ripoff and all the taxi dudes at airport are in on it so you will have difficult time finding cheaper, to airport from resort was $43.00 so that was reasonable, but we left resort at 330am so plan accordingly day or 2 before. Overall was good experience, water taxi and church walking distance was great, the resort has 2 good restaurants, both have good food, overall good time and place.
