This was my first stay upon arrival, and although it wasn't all-inclusive due to the activities, I had a good breakfast and stayed there.

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

Great vacation spot! We have stayed here for many years. Prices have increased some this year but the overall value is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Activities directors Charly and Paula were fantastic!!! Pool aerobics were inspirational to pursue when we get home! Housekeeper Alvardo did a magnificent job every day! Grounds were immaculate and very lush! Beachfront kept spotless with constant attention! Front desk always helpful. Food at LA Palapa good but not great.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Hecktor Be in La Palapa was exceptional and couteous. Great service. The grounds were manicured and always impress. The views are impressive and i have visited other resorts but Royal Cancun has a relaxing a**osphere.

Overall good exp miss the ocean/waves but Royal Sands facilitated that need. Will continue to utilize Royal Cancun. would have preferred a view room vs pool view.
