Disappointed :( I'll start with the positives to be fair: Great location Comfy beds Friendly staff Huge pool Disappointed: Lack of direction from front desk staff, when sending us to our rooms leading in confusion and time wasted. Room number 532 is not on the fifth floor. It is actually on the 3rd floor! Room number 235 is not on the second floor as you were expect, but it is actually on 3rd floor. So both times, we were roaming the halls trying to figure out how we missed. Eventually, went back down to the front desk. They told us to use a different elevator, which brought us back to the same problem and then on the third attempt, someone actually corrected us and told us we were on the wrong floor. Does not inspire confidence. Most Americans are used to a room number starting with 5 being on the 5th floor and so on. Two separate elevators we're broken during our stay. In the main part of the building and another in building two One hot tub was not working All were fixed before end of our stand but multiple things not working is a little unsettling. Repeated request to sit through a timeshare sales presentation They said it was "imperative" that we attend this presentation and called every day. I understand sales, but it was a bit much. No water stations available on the property. Assume this is by design to sell bottles of water- Don't they make enough money on food & alcohol?!?! No combine complementary soap or lotion in the bathroom in our room we had to ask for it Small thing....but when charging premium pricing I'm surprised Drinks like Micheladas, etc., are all made with canned mix not fresh ingredients Lastly, and most offensive.....a small bottle of Sunscreen in their market was $35 US~!!! I understand and expect a convenience fee markup when travelling, but $35 for a bottle that should cost about $12 is absolute price gouging.
