It was a public beach + pier, with many tourists and a mess. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom and 🚽 were two separate spaces, which I liked very much. However, there was a pungent smell in the room on the day of check-in (a bit like the smell of insecticide) that made me dizzy. The breakfast was not delicious, and only buffet and light meals were provided at noon. The disposable plastic cups were reused and not cleaned properly. Some cups were deformed but still in use.
Picture 3 was taken at the entrance of the buffet restaurant. The white one was not a cabinet, but a louvered wooden board. Two wooden boards were spliced at 90 degrees to form a semi-fence. When the wind blew, a wooden board fell to the ground with a clang. Fortunately, no one was walking by at that time. The waiter did not realize that it would be dangerous if it hit someone, so he just picked up the wooden board and put it together casually, as if nothing had happened.

There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages.
Pros :
1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime.
2. The room was clean and the view was stunning.
3. The room has a small place for room service.
Cons :
1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though.
2. Location is a little far from the main street.
3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

All the meals are really delicious.
I have stayed at hotels in the same price range, but the food at this hotel is definitely better and I would recommend it to others!

The food is really average, not as good as other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun. The hotel is like a nightclub with music everywhere. Those who like DJs and disco can come here. Those who like a quiet resort style can just leave.

Upon arrival we were greeted with Champagne! That’s always major we love the feel of luxury. Check-in was brief and to the point. However as we were being shown the property we were being pitched for an upgrade to Xhale which would me our room and amenities would change. We were interested initially but quickly learned the appoin**ent to upgrade would be a timeshare pitch. Immediately we called to decline. The Xcelerate ocean view room was perfect. All the luxurious amenities were a plus including the ability to play music in the bathroom via Bluetooth. The open shower was heavenly with two full stream shower heads from the ceiling. Everything is definitely electronic in the room. You even request room service from electronically. The bar drinks was strong and close proximity on the property. The food was good. We only tried the Italian which was a great experience. The server was amazing. Prepare to party on schedule because often times the music would not stop at the pool when we wanted to turn down from shopping all day. If you’re considering I would say go, I would visit the property again in the future.

I was worried about the food being salty abroad, but it was not salty and it was delicious.
Room service was ok with a few exceptions and cocktails were also served.

Excellent food, room conditions, staff and service. Very satisfied overall. Some spots (ex. xhale lounge, one of the shower booth in spa, etc.) smell a little unpleasant (somehow hint of sewer/muddy smell), but it was bearable.
